Chad was able to schedule coming out early the next day around both my job's schedules and efficiently fixed the issue. In addition, I mentioned a problem with the tub and he cleared that out too. After living in my home for 6 years I will finally be able to use the tub! Thanks for everything Chad!

We have used Chad twice for our plumbing problems, once for a clogged sink drain and the second for a leaking hot water heater and he has been nothing but amazing. Being at the mercy of ERCOT can be frustrating. Not knowing when power will be interrupted or for how long is becoming all too common. Well thanks to Chad T. and his prompt service I no longer need to worry about that. My whole home standby generator is connected to natural gas and ready to rock and roll without breaking the bank.

Chad replaced a hot water heater part for me several months ago. He was nice, helpful, and reasonably priced. Two months later, the original problem resurfaced. All I want is for him to offer to fix the part at a reduced rate since the first part did not last. I have tried to contact him for four weeks without success. If he does not want to drive to Austin for new customers I understand, but I would think he would treat former customers better.

It would be nice to be able to give Chad more than five stars. He is not just pfriendly, but pfretty much a pferfect pflumber. Chad had done some work for me a few months ago and I enjoyed working with him then. More recently, heavy rain had flooded the back of a rental property and knocked out the water heater. My poor tenants, who have twin baby girls, were not having a good time, having been without hot water for three days. The plumbing firm sent by my home warranty company had already looked at the water heater but it was still refusing to fire up. I called Chad on a Saturday, quite late in the afternoon, and texted him photos of the water heater. He immediately traveled into central Austin and quickly fixed the problem. The tenants were ecstatic, and so was I, especially when I learned the extraordinarily reasonable fee that Chad wanted for his work. I have been going through a phase of losing faith in humanity, but Chad's kindness, fairness and skill really made a difference to me this weekend. Pfabulous!

We called Chad because we had a leak under our sink. He responded right away and was quick on when he could get out to fix it. Chad came out, addressed the problem, was very professional, and made some other recommendations when my wife told him we had some other problems. If you are looking for a plumber that is here to help you and not take advantage of you Chad is your guy. Trust me on this one!!! Thank you Chad!!!

My water heater stopped making hot water & I needed someone to diagnose & fix it.
Highly recommend Chad Taylor, Master Plumber, the Pfriendly Plumber. Nice guy, friendly, (dog lover-not a prerequisite but a huge plus in my book), efficient and effective! Never once pushed me to just purchase a new water heater. Arrived within the agreed time, left to get a part. Texted me when he was back, that way we could get the dogs back in the house after a potty break while he was gone. Replaced the part quickly as well as a gauge that could use swapping out for one he had in his truck. He even gave me a nice discount for paying cash! Will definitely be using Chad for any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a big name company tell us we needed to replace the water heater and quoted us north of $2500. We called Chad and he reassured us that our water heater did not need to be replaced and completed the small repairs that were necessary. Such great and quick service (from time our toilet exploded to him leaving our house-3 hours!) with great price!! Alan was super great in doing an extra 4 things (needs dryer hooked up in upstairs laundry room), our master bath hardware was hooked up incorrectly, so we hadn't used in almost a month! Our pool auto fill wasn't hooked up (he did tell us what was wrong but he didn't want to do it-I always appreciate people that don't pretend to know how to do everything and then mess it up!). And the water pressure is horrible, so he measured that and we made an appointment for next week to replace it and gave us a great price. Plus he showed us how to turn off our water by the street, since we didn't know where the turn off was. His trip today $200 and it is NEW YEARS EVE!!!
