Let me start off by saying that I NEVER write bad reviews on YELP, I try to be only positive and promote good businesses to help them thrive. I usually just never use the bad companies/restaurants again. For one simple reason I was compelled to write a bad review.

I don't know whether or not this company does good work or not, and I will never give them a chance. I called in with a very simple question and was treated like I was scum. The lady/receptionist that answers the phones was very rude and snappy. I felt like she was talking to me in a tone in which I had just tried to steal her man or something...aka catty (Just trying to paint a picture)

A couple of weeks later I saw a plumbing van pulling into my subdivision and figured it was a sign to get a quote from them since I had literally gotten off the phone with a plumber that is going to be coming out to do some work tomorrow, and they informed me it would be more than the original estimate.

As soon as the lady/receptionist picked up I knew I had made a mistake. Once again, a lady answered with an extremely rude tone and proceeded to attempt to pick me apart. I asked for her supervisor and you would have thought that someone had defecated in her morning bowl of cornflakes. She handed me off to her supervisor, and I got the impression that no course of action would be taken on her rudeness.

The ONLY reason I'm writing this is so that hopefully the owner of the company can notice how this lady/receptionist is badly representing his company and address the problem. He will most likely notice a significant increase in revenue.

From a consultant's perspective, the owner would probably be advised to send her to some type of communication class if he actually felt she was an asset to his/her company. The majority of consultants would probably advise to just replace her I would assume.

I don't know if this lady is dealing with some type of major issue in her life or what, but I hope that whatever it is, it gets better for her. I can't imagine what could make someone so incredibly hateful for no reason to someone that she doesn't even know.

In summary, I don't care if this company came in with a quote $1,000 cheaper than the competition, I would never use them simply because of the initial experience with the receptionist. I would assume that most people would feel the same.
