This is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional, dishonest, unresponsive plumber ever. He started a job for me that should have been two days max. He worked 2 hours and left. 1 month later he text asking what was going on with the job. He finally returned to only work 3 hours and wanted full payment and the work isn't even 50% complete. He thought I was being dramatic when I asked him to come back and finish. I'm hiring someone else to finish his mess.

Kitchen sink clogged beyond the disposal last night. Messaged him this morning and he wrote me back within minutes. Came today and worked diligently to unclog it. Cleaned up after himself - did not leave any big mess. Was even conscious of the child sleeping in the other room. Highly recommend!

So glad that I found Todd Petrovic for plumbing needs. He was responsive, professional, clean and got right to the task. I like that. Previous techs from companies used wasted time talking or complaining. Todd called as he was enroute. He diagnosed situation, fixed the leak and no nonsense. I have used several different companies in the 26 years I have been in Tampa Bay area and I would not hesitate to call Petrovic for any future needs. Price was most reasonable, upfront, no games, no gimmicks.

Todd came out in short order. The prior homeowner had someone install some sort of screwy clean out which was allowing the waste to come out every time I flushed the toilet. To fix this he used a sledge hammer to break the Iron Pipe. He used his plumber tool to unstop the drain. He was to come back and fix the clean out. Never did. After about 10 uses of the toilet, sewage is once again spilling out the open clean out he busted. I didn't bother to call back I just called Scotto Plumbing which had 4 5 Star Reviews. Lets see if they get 5.

Contacted plumber for quote on basic garden hose bib replacement and garbage disposal repair. Spoke to Todd who quickly increased the price when I asked if work could be done separately and stated that if he had to break the wall to repair my pipe, he would not fix it. When I questioned why they would not repair damage to a wall resulting from their work, plumber said find someone else and hung up. No manners and no confidence they know what they are doing! Steer way clear of these guys!!!!!

Took them 3 visits to get a simple water softener install right. The first time they didn't even check to see if it worked, I know this cause it wasn't connected to the plumbing. I called and told them it wasn't working, when they came back out he said it was just a valve that wasn't opened, so I was surprised when it backflushed into the garage. It was the 3rd trip that they found out it wasn't properly connected to the home. Todd is nice enough but they do good work,
