We had a back up in our main line. We called this company to come out on Sunday they talk to us into coming out Monday morning for a little bit less. The guys were pretty thorough and clear the line pretty quick. Asked about camera services. Their price was absolutely ridiculous. Not even three days later the line backed up again the company stated that they only warrantee a mainline cleaning for 48 hours, which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion, long story short they charged us another $375 to clear the exact same problem that we've had. Luckily we have not had that issue sense will never use them again.

I've used Petro twice recently at our commercial property and they were able to show up promptly when no one else would. Their techs were polite and were quite knowledgeable. Our issues were diagnosed quickly and resolved the problems in a timely manner and at a very fair price. In the future, we will use Petro for all our plumbing needs on Merritt Island.

they arrived on time, finished quickly and did an excellent job. Very friendly and courteous.

Very horrible company to work for or do business with they will half way do the job or leave it unfinished you're better off going with a different plumbing company. They never have the parts they need to do the job correctly and they can't afford to buy the parts either because Brian petro is broke and going out of Business!!!

I needed a backed up drain cleared. Not the most complex of jobs. When the men arrived, and before they even looked at the job, they quoted a price that was $50 higher than the price quoted on the phone They went up on the roof and snaked something, I'm not sure what (see below) and left, all in about 20 minutes For about 6 days there was no back-up. Then it started backing up again on a SaturdayI called and got the answering service (they're not available in the office on weekends) who contacted the technician who called back and told me that """"although they only guarantee their work for FIVE DAYS (emphasis, mine)"""" they'd come out on Monday and """"MIGHT not charge for it"""" By monday I thought better of it and canceled them and called another plumber. He came out and spent over an hour snaking out huge amounts of grease that were left untouched by the Petro guys And he charged less And he gave us a compound to pour down the drain to keep it clean DO NO USE HESE PEOPLE!!!

Plumbing contractors often get a bad rap for service and price. I'd like to recommend a local plumbing contractor as a company that hasn't forgotten what customer service should be. Last spring (2020) Petro Plumbing replaced my old water heater that was rusting and leaking. The installation went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the price. Everything appeared to be good. Unfortunately, five months after installation, the new heater failed. Petro responded quickly, and replaced a heating coil, at no cost to me. Two days later, the heater failed again. I spent several hours talking the heaters manufacturer but felt like I was getting the runaround. They wanted to replace parts but wouldn't replace the heater. Meanwhile, I was going on a week without hot water. I contacted Petro Plumbing again, and they came out, replaced the heater (with another brand), and charged me nothing. If you have plumbing issues, or need a new water heater, I highly recommend Brian Petro and Petro Plumbing.

Be very careful using this company, they will scam you and you won't be getting what you think. We needed our hot water recirculating pump replace on our water heater. The pump we were having replaced was a heavy duty pump with a built in timer on it. They quoted me a price and led me to believe they were replacing with a like for like. Instead, they replaced it with a cheap piece of crap pump with no timer, which runs 24/7. When I told him that was not the correct pump and it was supposed I wanted it replaced with what was there before, he said it would cost me an additional 300.00!

I don't write many reviews on yelp anymore however, Petro Plumbing did a great job today and I felt it warranted a review. Called the main office yesterday regarding replacing an exterior hose bib that has seen better days (30 years ago). They gave me a fair price estimate and told me they'd be here between 10-12 the following day. This morning they called at around 0830 and said they had someone on the way and they'd be there at 0900. Whoa! Punctuality gets two thumbs up! Leon was my technician. He was friendly and took one look at the bib, knew exactly what was needed, and was done in about 45 minutes. He also was patient with me (since I am always curious and like to ask questions and see how things are done). Called and made payment and everything was done. Saved me the trouble of having to go to the hardware store multiple times, spending money for things I didn't need, and not to mention the frustration that I would have inevitably met trying to repair on my own. Thanks Petro Plumbing!

They truly do not respect their customers!!! 1- late with no call (2 hours). I had to call them to make sure they were still coming. 2- They have poor communication with each other so if you order an extra item (that they ask you if you want over the phone) the Tech that comes to your house will know nothing about it and give you an attitude about it when you ask for it. 3- The owner stopped by and walked right past me to talk to his tech. I literally had to ask him who he was, after which he blew me off by turning his back to me and started talking to his tech again! 4- They had no clue about the social distancing going on currently in THE ENTIRE COUNTRY AND WORLD and repeatedly violated it. Uh COVID-19 anyone? 5- The tech opened my house door like he lived there to the point I had to lock it. 6- Three (3) different prices were given to me and the tech had to ask what I was quoted over the phone!! 7- While tech was on the phone with the owner and owner found out I was mad the tech tried to hand me his phone to talk to him! Umm hello!! Coronavirus!!! 8- owner came back to house and proceeded to walk right by me a second time when I went out to talk to him Are you kidding me!!??!! 9- I went thru a laundry list of issues above with owner who did nothing but talk over me with excuses. 10- Owner proceeded to read my credit card number loudly on speaker in my driveway until I stopped him. Hello! My neighbors don't need my credit card info thanks! 11- When I called office to read her the credit card number she picked up the line unknowingly while making fun of what I told the tech and owner about social distancing!! Are you kidding!?!? All total, $850 and 6 hours to install a water heater! The most Incompetent, disrespectful, socially inept, unaware business and they'll be thankful for the few reviews that I don't actually post!!!

We had a gas water go on a blink. Called Petro Plumbing and they did arrive as promised. Plumber said that there are some metal shavings inside mechanism and control valve and burner assembly need to be replaced. Water heater is 4 years old. But they were willing to give us a new water heater for $1,100. Called city gas. They sent a little girl to change the gas meter and she looked at the water heater. The valve that regulates gas flow was installed backwards so no gas could go thru. As it had worked fine for 4 years this was a problem created by Petro Plumbing. City Gas girl flipped gas valve around and water heater started working just fine. 10 points to City Gas Girl. She saved us from Petro Plumbing.
