We were having issues with our furnace sputtering. We called and were given a prompt service appointment with a Petro technician (Anthony Gibson). Anthony was extremely professional and went above and beyond, not only diagnosing and explaining the problem but also giving our unit an extra tune-up and cleaning soot from our ducts and floor. Excellent service.

They were supposed to be here at 8 am today, 11/2/23, and no one showed up. Service manager isn't answer the phone or returning my call. Been on hold with customer service for 20 minutes. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

A couple weeks ago we had our annual air conditioner maintenance service done. Our service person Earl was professional, thoughtful, friendly, and courteous -- even though he had to wait a few minutes for me to arrive. His work was thorough and skilled, and he was extremely respectful of us and our property. Thanks, Earl!

Petro has acquired Carroll Fuel and together both companies are terrible. They price gouge, do not fix their oil delivery errors and pass the bill directly to their customers! Do not use Carroll Fuel or Petro or any other subsidiary or affiliate. You will regret it and they will take advantage of you as a customer.

I would like to thank Sean Roulhac the technician from Petro. He serviced my furnace on 6/30/23. He did everything that needed to be done to my furnace. He did everything but TAKE IT APART AND REASSEMBLE back together.

I so very pleased with Sean R.and how he took his time, Made sure everything part of the furnace was cleaned, filters changed, vacuumed!! Etc..

He came at a good Time, professional, well mannered. He offered me information on chimney cleaning.

We have been jerked around for over a week to have our AC fixed. We have been long time customers of Petro but after our recent experience, it's good bye. We have an 82 year old mom and we have been on endless calls and numerous technicians who clearly don't know anything. 6 visits (over 1 week) to the house and no repairs yet, just excuse after excuse. This is wrong, that is wrong and ironically everything that is wrong, was all installed by Petro. Then try to get a response from a supervisor, good luck! What a joke. Bottom line, don't even consider using Petro for your AC needs. The only positive experience I have had has been with the customer service, but they are just taking notes and passing information along.

Petro installed an all new HVAC system in our home. The installer was from Seneca and did an outstanding job. Very professional and kept us informed through the entire process. Our salesman the Petro office personnel and the installation were all to our complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.
