National Grid had a problem with our gas meter and then found a code violation and locked out the gas. I called Petraccione on the advice of my plumbing store. The person who answered the phone listened carefully to my problem, got all the details right, promised to find a plumber who could help out and then called me right back. The two men who showed up, figured out the problem, got right to work and solved the problem. In addition, they investigated one of the problems that National Grid had said ""might be"" a problem and showed that National Grid was wrong! They could have gone ahead and ""fixed"" that problem and charged me for it! Instead they gave me rock solid advice. Thanks to this teams' efforts my tenants had their hot water back quickly! Everyone was great to work with!

Shoddy work - kitchen trap is leaking after one week. Called to have another job done, but totally ignored (calls were never returned). Stay away!
