Big bucks for them, little results for you. This company does not have the equipment or personnel to do a job bigger than unclog a sink. Don't waste your money with them, if you have anything major to do. They are all talk and no results. They gave me an estimate in the AM and later that same day call and said they would have to revise the estimate because it was to low. Management will not return your calls.

Charged me $90 to come out to the house just to give me an estimate. Then gave an outrageous estimate (in the thousands), for a hundred dollar or so job. Since I couldn't afford the cost of the repair, he pocketed my $90 and hightailed it out of the house. Very unprofessional and scammy.

Petit Plumbing is an outstanding company to work with. The owner Chuck was a good listener and very understanding to my family's situation. They gave me an affordable rate and worked with me. They weren't about just getting my money upfront. Instead, he never brought it up until I asked him. He assigned my job to Harold, who had over 25 years of experience. Harold was very friendly, and he communicated well. He was very detailed, very competent, and very skilled in his work. He repaired the tankless water heater in a short span of time. And he even gave me some tips at the end of his visit. The office manager Vikki was also very good about documenting payment details and messages I had to give to Chuck and Harold. And Harold's assistant Jorge was also very helpful and friendly. They are a true example of excellence in the service business. And I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with my service. They came early instead of late for the appointment. The plumber explained to me what needed to be done and what it would cost. They cleaned up afterward and left no marks on my kitchen floor. I will use them in the future.

Was just like going to a crooked mechanic. Found out later I paid way too much. Rude and unprofessional to boot. Not at all customer focused.

A bunch of schiesters. They charged us $1200 for a $250 pump and then another $1500 on top of that for installation. Do not fall for their free diagnostic offer. Never again.
