The employee who came to fix four small issues was very pleasant, professional, competent, and neat. All was fine until I got the bill. He was there for three hours (including time to go buy a faucet, install it, uninstall it and then return it and get another one because it was defective so it had to be installed again) with the cost of $100 for parts. They charge $125 per hour so the bill should have been $375 plus $100 for a total of $475. I was handed a bill for $650. When I asked why, I was told that his boss decided that the job was worth that much. The job was: two toilets adjustments and remove and cap a sump pump ($175), replace a trap ($150) and replace a faucet ($225 plus $100 for parts).
It may be an old plumber's joke, but I fell like I've been soaked.
Unless you've won the lottery and don't care what things cost, get another plumber. You can get both competent help and pay a fair price.
It would have been nice to not charge me for the time it took to replace the defective part, but I know that will never happen.

Had a leak coming through my ceiling. Petey came through and repaired the job in less than an hour! My shower tub now holds water again! He came in, laid down a drop cloth and got started. Very professional, easy going guy. Would highly recommend!!
