Fantastic quality of work, communication, and service. He knows his stuff, and also absolutely wiling to state when he's flummoxed and to give a great reference. (There's was an electric issue.)

He's happy to share info about your system and what he's doing, and communicating with his wife to make appointments was super easy. He even made a few phone calls to get me just the right rec for a quirky HVAC job I have. Plus, he's appropriately priced and more than accommodating - it took 3 visits to figure out exactly what was going on, but he only charged for 1.

Great service, great guy and what's more American than having your young son as apprentice! My well pump died while I was at work. My wife and daughter freaked. Got home called Pete and was told he'd be there in 40 mins. My wife was amazed at the quick diagnosis of the problem. It was nice watching Dad & Son working together. Especially when your own sons go off to college and seem to only remember home when food or laundry $ runs out. I enthusiastically recommend Pete's!

This company was recommended by my in-laws. Since they gave a glowing recommendation we called them. The issue was, that our water heater was starting to leak and we needed a new one installed ASAP. This was clearly an urgent matter.

My husband called twice and spoke to the secretary (who turns out to be the proprietors sister) - and she kept saying that she was going to leave him a message, and that he had Strep Throat and couldn't possibly answer our inquiry (nor set up an appointment for the near future).

If a company has too many appointments - you tell potential customers that. Not just ignore them.
