This is the worst experience I've ever had with a services company. We'd asked for a simple washing machine connection and it turned into a $20,000+ nightmare. The plumber ruined the connection on the washing machine and instead of telling us that the connection was stripped and ruined? He """"rigged"""" the washing machine connection and then left without telling us that the connection wasn't right. When we ran our first load of laundry, the """"rigged"""" connection failed and water went everywhere over 3 floors of our home. There was floor damage, carpet damage, ceilings ruined, light fixtures ruined, etc. The Pete's Plumbing rep KNEW that he hadn't properly connected our washing machine....and LEFT ANYWAY. The magnitude of his negligence and irresponsibility is hard to comprehend. What did Pete's Plumbing do to help the situation? Absolutely nothing. The owner told me that we should have checked the connection ourselves! That it was our fault...imagine hiring a plumber to do a simple job and then being told that we should have gone over the plumber's work after he left. If Pete's Plumbing was the last plumbing company on Earth, I'd still not allow them into my home again. They ruined 3 floors of our new home and then took ZERO responsibility for their actions. They told us to take it up with their insurance company. They also ruined our washing machine, which is a small thing compared to what they did to our home! This was the worst experience I've had with any services company. If I could give them ZERO stars I would....

Jeremy Hathaway was the best technician that we have ever had. Another representative was here last and he was not as great but Jeremy cleaned the sink and area following installation of a cartridge. The company had sent the wrong one and he had one in his truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PETE'S and Jeremy!

Plus - Quick Same Day Service... Negative- The cost seemed very expensive ($600 dollars) and a lot of time (90 mins) to replace a PVC water pipe fitting that was already dug out in my yard ..... Probably wouldn't use again.

Overcharges and claims his credit card reader is broken so you have to pay cash. Kept trying to testify to my husband. Very unprofessional. Will never call him again, and I advise that no one else uses him, either. What a crook, and what he fixed is already leaking again.

I honestly didn't have a problem with their quote of $3000 to replace a water heater & a spigot on the wall in my horse's stable. When we agreed to their quote, it was a week before the repair was done & included a phone call from them the night before asking if they could come do the repair the following week. Our water heater was already failing & leaking & with the pending freezing temps, it was only a matter of time before it failed completely & we had lost a week already. So they showed up to do the work on a Friday at 3pm... Granted, the new water heater is in my barn & although sheltered, it is outdoors. But covering the new water heater with white plastic & taping it up in a zillion places with black duct tape that is now all peeling off, may be functional but is not exactly what I would call attractive. The spigot that was replaced sticks out 2 inches from the wall & exposes the pipe to dirt & the elements & both of these things need to be finished correctly. The best they could offer me was for the guy (with the bad attitude that did this crappy work), to come back and re-do it. So now I've spent another $500 to purchase a water heater insulator that doesn't require using duct tape & to correctly insulate the water spigot where I had to cut & stain a piece of lumber to fill up the gap in the wall. After several attempts to contact them about a refund to cover those costs, they keep giving me excuses about how they're so busy & will get back with me. It's been two weeks now & I'm giving up. They may be super nice people but the quality of their work & their customer service is just not good.

Gary Fredenberg, the plumber, did a wonderful job fixing kitchen sink leak and went above & beyond to correct a poor installation so this issue would not resurface in the future.

Called Pete's Plumbing very early this morning when we realized the main line pipe had burst and we had no water. Husband spoke with Loretta who jumped into action. She had Mike the plumber at our house within 2 hours! Thank you Pete's Plumbing for fixing our problem today for a fair and reasonable price. We will call the next time we are in need of a plumber!

Excellent experience with PP. From a pleasant scheduling experience with Debra...she got me in the same day I called, to a super plumber named Tim who was as great with my dogs as he was fixing the mundane small various issues I had. I appreciate a company that shows up on time and fixes what they commit to fix. A+

Will not stand by their work. Have been out here twice for the same issue and want to charge us another extremely high service fee to diagnose the same problem they have looked at twice. Don't waste your time with Pete's Plumbing, there are far better plumbers out there that will guarantee their work

BAD. I had a leak from the master bathroom going all the way to my kitchen ceiling. On 02/20/17 the tech said that the flange was broken and replaced it.Paid $ 484.00. The leak came back and on 02/28/17 after cutting the drywall on the kitchen ceiling, was diagnostic that it was coming from the tub spout. Paid $345.66. On 03/11/17 leak in 4 points of the kitchen ceiling , called and since the service was under warranty I thought they could fix it. For my surprise, tech went there and said there was nothing he could do and a new tub was the leak solution. Contacted another company and surprisingly the leak was found and fixed and the old tub is still there. Pete's does not goes deep to find and diagnostic all the problems, they are there only for less than a couple of hours and perform only part of the job. When I called and said that it was under warranty, they said the warranty was only for the job performed on the first visit. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS,the just want your money and will try to get the most they can.
