Samuel W.It's happening again.... AOSmith is great when they work. I'm realizing they might be called hybrid because my hybrid mode stops working then I'm forced to use electric mode!
Joanne P.I hired them to clean my furnace and replace my water heater.It took forever for them to do the water heater and never called to let me know what was going on, I kept having to call them and had no hot water for over 2 weeks. When we turned on our furnace the K1 fumes filled the house, we had to shut it down. I am still waiting for a call back. I was lucky to have someone in my family look at it and found that something was not tighten
enough and was leaking K1 fuel. He fixed it and after all this going on 3 weeks with still no call back. I will never hire them again.
