Had an appointment today, office called to say he was 10 minutes away. GREAT! I waited, stood at my door, watched the plumber sit in his truck for about 5 minutes. Then he pulled away. I called the office and asked what is going on? They let me know their plumber spoke to the ""owner"" and she said they already had another plumber there.
I quickly informed the office that I'm the owner and never spoke to the plumber. She again repeated the story and I told her that I think her plumber is a big liar. She promptly transferred me to the office manager who verified my address, which they had incorrect and then told me ""we are going to pass on the job""
What kind of company does that? First, your plumber lies, he never got out of his truck, then you realize you have the wrong address and instead of apologizing and coming back you just pass?
Cool thanks . . . went ahead and called ""the other plumber"" who your guy said ""was already here"" and they will be here in an hour.

We had an emergency and they had someone to our home in HB in 30 min, fixed in 3 min and the guy was safe, kind and fast! Highly recommend!

Tony: just want to report on more great service from Pete's! My kitchen sink/disposal clogged last Saturday nite. Sunday morning I called Pete's. Was transferred to a message center. It looked like I might have to use a different plumber. I was very pleasantly surprised when Horacio called right back. He said he'd be here in about 1/2 hour.
He arrived when he said he would. He wore a mask, he went right to work and was out of here in about an hour!!!
Pete's is still tops in my book. I refer friends and neighbors without reservation. THANKS AGAIN!

I've been using Pete's Plumbing for 4 years now. I have never had a bad experience. Josh is the guy who usually come and is stellar. I'm always reluctant to have anyone 'new' come by once I have found a good person but just had Ray and Pedro over who were also amazing (on New Year's Eve, last minute!). They fixed my water heater with ease, explained the process, showed me what the problem was and gave me an idea of the remaining lifespan of the heater (estimate, of course).

I cannot recommend Pete's plumbing enough. They're not the cheapest out there but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

Emergency plumbing situations are the worst, but Horacio (sorry if I misspelled that ), was the absolute best I could've asked for. He was helpful, answered all 159+ of my questions, respectful, neat, and solved my problem! Thank you Pete's and Horacio!

Pete's Plumbing was recommended to me a couple years ago when I needed an under-counter water filter installed. Each person I spoke with at Petes Plumbing was super professional as well as knowledgeable and seemed to care.

This weekend I had an issue with my water heater and of course there was no doubt who to call...Pete's Plumbing of course. The experience was not the same...it was even better, hard to believe these days, right?

I found out that many of the employees have been with the company many years, so that tells me even more that I chose the right plumbers.

Thank you to all at Pete's Plumbing that have helped me, I can't wait to have my next plumbing problem (Haha)

Josh showed up today right on time and with all of the parts needed to do some minor work on my bathroom that we'd discussed during his last visit.
I am extremely pleased with that work, which was done professionally and expeditiously, but also with Josh's patience and expertise in handling both the quirks and challenges of this old building and all of my naive questions.
Josh gave his advice on some future work in our other unit and crawled under the house to assess another issue. He has never exaggerated a problem or suggested work that was not necessary. I trust Pete's Plumbing and will request Josh whenever I have plumbing problems.
