During a recent plumbing crisis during the busiest time of the year, Thanksgiving, Pete's Plumbing supported us throughout the whole ordeal. Kudos to Sam, thank you Sam for being patient and professional and most importantly fixing the plumbing problem. Plus a huge thank you to Patty; your quality of service is so appreciated.

We've used Pete's Plumbing on a number of occasions but this last time they REALLY saved the day! Recently, on a Sunday afternoon we discovered that our water heater tank was leaking due to a crack, gasp, it's on the third story of our house!! It's 18 years old , we knew it would be going out soon....Small leak, potentially catastrophic if left undetected, though!
We called and Pete's sent two guys over the very next day! Yes, it was hard, it was hot, a water heater is heavy ( did I mention the third story) and we were the last call of the day but Vince and Shiloh were so nice and got the job done!
I feel like Pete's is like a taste of what the businesses of old used to be like. Friendly, fair, fast and we'll bill you later. Highly recommend!

We were definitely not impressed with our latest experience with Pete's Plumbing. We had a problem pop up out of nowhere and called multiple companies. Pete's was the only one that could come out in the next few days. During our scheduled appointment time, they guy from Pete's never showed up, so we had to call Pete's to find out where the guy was. He then showed up after the scheduled time window. Looked at the problem and said we'd have to be scheduled again for someone to fix it. We were not informed over the phone that they would just be sending someone out to ""look"" at the problem. Well, that appointment was scheduled for over a week out - so here we had a problem for two weeks and couldn't use a major household appliance/area of the house the entire time. The day finally arrived, where the problem would be fixed and again, the Pete's pluming guy never showed up! We had to call again asking where the person was who was supposed to show up and fix this problem. Finally, someone showed up hours after the scheduled time window. They later sent a bill a few weeks later. Used to be that you payed the day of service. The problem was fixed, but it seemed like there was lack of communication between the customer, Pete's plumbing workers, and the management/booking. Pete's used to be known as the best in town, but after our last experience, I would not recommend them. I see where the business owner gets on here and responds to people who have left reviews, especially low rated reviews. I'm sure they will have something to say and deny half of what I wrote, but the above described experience really did happen and I would not be making this stuff up. I see where there are quite a few poor rated reviews here with similar experiences.

I have used this company several times before. They are honest and reasonably priced. Their plumbers are nice, professional, and completely clean up after the job is done. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I think they are under new management. I made arrangements for someone to come out and give us an estimate for a new water heater. The next day we got a strange call from a woman saying that the plumber had come and left. However, 15 minutes later he showed up and looked at our water heater, and said that he would send us the estimate the following day. It's been two days and still no estimate and unable to get in touch with anyone. I don't think it is the plumbers' fault. Looking at the other reviews, I think they are just very disorganized in the office. They used to be good in the past, but I'll be looking for a new plumbing company.

My second call to Petes. Reliable service and clean and courteous plumbers. Fortunately both times I could wait for service as they are quite popular. Fair and upfront pricing.

Our HOA called Petes Plumbing to inspect and diagnose a leak in a second floor unit that was believed to be coming from our third floor unit. When we first spoke with the plumber, he had not inspected inside the ceiling of 2nd floor unit at the time they decided that the 3rd floor must reset a toilet guessing that a leak in the seal was the issue. We then called and spoke with the general manager, who was nice and responsive (many thanks to Patricia). It was only after the GM spoke with the plumber, Ron, and called us back that we were advised the plumber had opened the 2nd floor ceiling and found it was the 3rd floor toilet leaking. After the information from the GM and discussing, we agreed to the toilet reset but the plumber refused to do the work though he was still on property. This seems poor customer service as well as poor handling by the HOA.
