Miguel and Jose just left. They were really great. They fixed our old toilet valve quickly and efficiently, and were very clean and organized. They were super polite and I really appreciate their considerate manner. Our flushing valve broke at 4 am this morning and I spoke with their representative (super nice!) at 8 am. Miguel and Jose then arrived at 9:30 and fixed everything right away. VERY GOOD RATES as well. It is really a relief to have a plumber arrive quickly, fix the problem easily, and then charge what is a very reasonable rate. We recommend Pete's Plumbing to anyone in Long Beach.

We contacted Pete's Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was leaking water under water under our sink. Two of their plumbers came out at the scheduled appointment time two days letter. Both of them were polite and courteous. One plumber proceeded to replace our worn out kitchen faucet while the other replaced the bath tub hardware in one of our bathrooms. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and it was apparent that they knew what they were doing.
However, a few days later my wife noticed that the new faucet was leaking water under the sink. I phoned Pete's about the leak and they promptly sent another plumber (Frank) out to fix the problem. Frank determined that an O-ring in the new faucet was crimped and causing the leak. While Frank was still there, I phoned the faucet manufacturer and Frank spoke with their representative. As a result, the manufacturer's rep. agreed to send us a new faucet.
Once we received the new faucet, Pete's sent Frank out again to replace the faulty (new) faucet. Frank installed the 2nd new faucet and we thought the leaking problem was solved. However, a few days later my wife again noticed a water leak under the sink. I contacted Pete's and Frank was sent out again. He checked the 2nd new faucet and discovered the same type of problem as before......a bad O-ring was responsible for the leak. Frank advised us that he would try to find another O-ring that would fit and then he would return at a later date to make the repair.
On his next visit, instead of a replacement O-ring he had two new faucets from a different manufacturer. He said that we could take our choice of the two faucets and then he would install whatever we selected. We made a choice and then Frank proceeded to install a 2nd replacement faucet. This all happened over a month ago and the new faucet from a different manufacturer is working just fine. Verdict?
We are 100% satisfied with Pete's Plumbing and the work performed by their capable plumbers......especially Frank. Frank impressed me as the most knowledgeable and capable plumber that I have ever met (and I've been around a long time and dealt with a fair share of plumbing issues). Just like the earlier plumbers from Pete's, Frank was polite, courteous, and friendly.
In addition to having polite and capable plumbers, I appreciate the fact that Pete's Plumbing stood behind their work 100% and did what was right. No charges were made for all the extra trips and work performed by Frank (who I suspect is one of their top plumbers).
We are glad that we called Pete's Plumbing. If it was possible to give them a 10-star rating rather than 5 stars, I would. Everyone in their organization is polite and friendly and they strive to keep the customer happy. I recommend Pete's Plumbing highly. We will definitely phone Pete's for all of our future plumbing needs.

Pete's Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbor. I had a clogged sewer line and was looking for a plumber that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg.... I spoke to a wonderful office representative named Rochelle. She was extremely nice and was able to accommodate sending someone out that day, she also quoted their price for doing the work over the phone. .very reasonable pricing.
Around the time of my appointment It was pouring rain; however and I received a call from a representative of Pete's plumbing stating that due to safety reasons their technician would be out as soon as it stopped raining.. When their technician Joshua, did come he was extremely friendly and professional. The job was completed in less than 1 hour. The whole experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer of Pete's Plumbing.

I was referenced to Petes by my neighbor after I told him about my clogged kitchen sink. After talking with very friendly sales representative I had a technicians team at my door in about 10 minutes. Technicians was very professional, friendly and straight to the point. They fixed everything in very clean manner and gave helpful recommendation on upcoming replacements with no push for additional services. Will recommend highly recommend them if anybody needs very professional and affordable plumer services.

Every time work is done, they have given me the option of fixing the current problem or going with a new one. The guys complete the work fast, efficient, and correctly. We've used Pete's Plumbing over the years with no complaints. I usually don't write reviews, but these guys are good. We had a hot water pipe break and it probably had beeen leaking for some time. They were prompt, did the work and even were less than the original quote. I would recommend them

I've been using Pete's Plumbing for 25 years. They have installed copper plumbing, done heater repairs, fixed toilets, replaced water heaters, cleared the main line and cleaned out more drains than I can count. They are always honest when giving estimates for work, including telling you if there is a less expensive option. I have called them on holidays and weekends....always get a call right back. They show up on time and clean up when they leave. They also guarantee their work....it's rare, but they will come back if there is the need to do so.

I started to use Pete's Plumbing about 4 years ago when I had a break in a water line and a leak in a gas line simultaneously. They were able to get someone out faster than I hoped and faster then other plumbers I contacted, including one I had worked with for years. They did the work quickly, quietly, and cleaned up after themselves, and everything worked at a reasonable price. Since then I have used them for all our plumbing needs and have been fully satisfied with the quality of the work, the cost, and professionalism of their staff. In fact, I called them again today and that is what prompted me to write this review.

Called them to inspect my floor heater as the pilot was lighting but burner was not engaging. When I set up the appointment they mentioned that it might be possible a total re-build would be needed and they quote that upfront as it is $750. Two men came out and barely spent any time inspecting my heater. They quickly went right to the re-build option and quoted me $750. I explained that the heater lit last year and that I didn't think a complete re-build was needed. They stood by their assessment and I declined. It seemed like they go right to the re-build with customers and don't even put in the effort needed to avoid that. They got my $80 for the service call though. I would not recommend them for heater services.

I called another company who was able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes of actually looking at the unit. No re-build needed.
