Pete is amazing, he fixed my problem even without coming to my house!

Here's what happened: I was trying to replace my bathroom's spout. Thinking it was a simple project, I didn't think twice and matched forward. Bad mistake on step1!! When trying to remove the old spout, I failed to notice there was a set screw that's attached to the copper pipe. As soon as I turned the spout, I felt metal scrapping and knew something terrible happened. After removing the old one, I found the copper nipple coming from the wall was punctured! In a huge panic, I started calling around for local plumbers. Most didn't pickup the phone (it was Sunday afternoon).

Pete answered my call in 2 rings. He first calm me down telling me everything is fixable. (I guess I sounded pretty panic at that time) After listening to the issue, he gave me 2 recommended solutions. Instead of trying to sell me his service, he explained to me in full details (step by step plus what parts to buy for each solution). He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what's going on just by listening to me over the phone. That gave me enough confidence to give it a try. I went to Home Depot and picked up some copper pipes and couplings. By following Pete's detailed instructions, my new spout was installed 2 hours later. I would have never even attempted this had I not spoke with Pete.

Although I didn't hire Pete this time, he's on my speed dial and will be the first to call on any upcoming plumbing job. Thank you Pete!

Came out late on a Saturday after I waited over 8 hours for two other companies who didn't show. Pete is AWESOME, he is experienced, full of knowledge and made quick work of clearing the clogged drain without any issues. His price is beyond reasonable and service was within half an hour. He did what he said he was going to do and explained everything to us.

It was a great experience working with Brandon. I was on business trip and my tenant had toilet/drainage issue that my regular handyman could not figure out. Brandon came here and quickly identify the problem. Not only did he fix this problem but also went to extra mile by adjusting the main pipe connection for FREE. From now on, I will call Pete/Brandon first once I have plumbing issue.

I have utilized Pete and his son, Brandon, for many years. They have been the most reasonable, and honest plumbers, I have found in the Tri-city area! Pete is a straight forward and no-nonsense kind of person with ""Old-fashion"" work ethics. He is in the business of the ""Long Haul"" - repeat customers and satisfied customers.

When I asked him about replacing my home water heater, he came to my home to actually look at the job and gave he opinion of the type of water heater best for my home and showed me the items that he needed to replace and those that didn't! This really impressed me because I do understand what is when a water heater is to be replaced. I also checked the water heater brand he recommended and it turn out to be a highly recoimmended one and efficient one- this advice was really appreciated for the Bradford-White water heater (I also liked that it was made in America)!

After giving the go ahead to replace the water heater, he got it installed with a lot patience and good work! I can see that he was deligent in his work and took pride in doing a great job! He also took pride and time in cleaning up despite another customer calling him on his cell phone to ""Push"" him to be at their job!

I highly recommend Pete for all plumbing needs as he is one person with solid work ethics and works for the ""Long Haul"" instead of the single job! A great man-of-his-words. No ""BS"" from him, or Brandon, for both - they call-it as they see it!

Support the local independent whose is in for the long term relationship with the customer!

Additionally, when I needed my drain to be uncloged, his son, Brandon, has done a great job for a fair flat rate! I can not imagine calling anyone else!

Bottom line: Pete made my wife, and boys, happy with very hot water even when the dial is set at the lowest setting! When they are happy, I am happy

To all of you out there with plumbing needs. Check with Pete first! The work is done in a timely manner with great expertise and superb professionalism.
I had a leaky kitchen faucet and the cupboard underneath was wet for about a month and the faucet was new! Before I had mold and mildew problems, I called Pete and so far, so good! Brandon, the son, came out and was most friendly, courteous, competent and efficient. The leak was starting to make me nuts and the problem was solved!
Bravo and a huge thank you to this father and son business!

Was in the process of being conned by my home warranty company over Christmas ( 10 days without hot water and counting... ) and got an ASTRONOMICAL quote by the plumber. Decided to check out Pete's because he was highly recommended by my neighborhood yahoo group.
Long story short, he gave me a quote to replace my hot water heater over the phone.. and came over the same day. Got us all happy with hot water by 10 pm that night!

totally awesome guy, very straightforward, honest. No BS, totally dependable. Super efficient, and responsive.

update : to add more to this review... a couple of weeks ago my stove gave out, and I called to see if he could run a gas line for me. He ( Pete ) came out and gave me advice on what type of stove to buy ( 1/2 inch gas line ) and what considerations and choices I have to make to ensure I have it installed properly. All this for free!!

his card is going to go on the fridge permanently... and totally calling him for everything :)
