We hadn't called them. The guy went up the street and came back down to our house and walked around it and never came to the door. He left and went up the street again. A few minutes later he came back and walked around our house again looking around at our property and then left. The guy who it turns out he was waiting for arrived to his house a few minutes after this jerk left our house. We are having trouble with crime, particularly drug facilitated home invasion rape in this neighborhood, so I called this business to ask the guy what he was doing walking around our house. Well, he flipped out and said that all he had was a description of a house and not an address. Really?! What business that does house calls would ever accept a description of a house and not take an address? B.S

So usually not one to rant but we have had issues with our furnace not working. Peterson Plumbing & Heating out of Richfield has been called out multiple times to try and fix the issue. They even put in a new furnace but yesterday they where called out to my home. Last time they where here I told them I would like to know when they would show up but if I wasn't home then just go in. Yesterday they showed up did not inform me, went into my home, left a mess did not clean up. Then when I called I tried too talk to BILL PETERSON but he wouldn't not pick up or return any phone calls but the employe that had entered my house called back and came unglued. Saying that ""it was him that entered my f****** house and wanted to know what f****** mess he had left and he hoped my f****** furnace works now and hopefully I will never have to f****** hear from him again."" Now I don't run my own business but I do know professionalism is key.

Peterson Plumbing & Heating in Richfield WILL never step foot in my house again. I will not recommend them to anyone. And if this is the way you treat your customers then I don't know how long you will stay in business.
