Kevin was professional and fixed my issue with my shower , he also fixed the leak under my sink and that was something I asked him to look at
while he was here , but not on his schedule for me , but he went ahead and fixed it anyway .

The owner (Craig Peterson) yelled at me and told me he only worked for my husband.
When I asked for a copy of the report he yelled at me with such anger his voice was shaking.
As a home owner, I took time off to be at house so his employees could do their research.
In summary the ""about us"" on the Peterson website states they have honest business principles and integrity.
Any man who owns a business and yells at women because she asks for a report on her home who also let two strangers in her house is a weak untrustworthy individual.
I would never let them back in my house again if I was alone.
They are scary.

Our hot water heater stopped working overnight. I called Peterson in the morning not expecting same day service because it's winter and we had a heavy storm. I received a call back from Rose who said she could get a plumber out same day to install a new water heater. Jim arrived in the afternoon and did a fantastic job installing the new appliance, ensuring everything was safe and operational. He also provided me with tips on some repairs I could handle myself in the near future. The pricing was fair for labor, a new appliance, and hauling away the old water heater.

I appreciate the prompt, attentive service and feel comfortable recommending Peterson in the future.

Our high efficiency furnace stopped working. My husband got it working again by cleaning out the dust, etc. but it shut off again. Called two companies, one of who installed the furnace, but they never called back. Called Peterson who promptly called back. A technician was sent to our house that afternoon. The problem was a switch, which he had to purchase. The cost of the switch was around $22. The cost for the replacement switch and service was $379. It seems high but included travel time to pick up the part which makes sense. I very much appreciate the prompt response in 20 degree weather and will be calling them again for plumbing work.

Bill & his team are beyond remarkable!! This past late summer/fall they helped me with installing a hydronic heating system for my crazy heated driveway project. They are the brains behind the beast. A huge THANK YOU to James and Craig at Peterson Plumbing and Heating Inc. - We had a Winter Water emergency and they crew was able to quickly identify the issue, locate the parts needed and provide a same day fix. We will be calling Peterson Plumbing again for all of our Plumbing issues!
