John H.The level of unprofessionalism is disappointing especially after the calls and text messages of my family trying to communicate with him about the job. He sent a vague email saying he can't do the job after i asked for a itemized breakdown of the estimate and doesn't explain the reasoning especially after I spoke with this company the day before on the phone they told me they were going to get me a quote and now the job has been declined. I am very disappointed with this company.

Elizabeth R.Jim Peterson is the plumber I trust. I trust his decisions, I trust him in my house. He has been to my house three times. First to connect a dishwasher, second to repair a faucet. Although I had a faucet to replace that wasn't working, he repaired the broken one and saved me money. Yesterday was the third time and he solved a hot water heater problem. We took hot showers today thanks to Peterson Plumbing.
