Ken D.Had a problem with a kitchen sink. It had a loud noise and restricted water flow. There was a $49.00 charge to show up but if work was done it would be removed. I bought another faucet just in case he couldn't fix it. He shows up tells me the filter probably needed to be replaced. He said it would be a couple hundred dollars to dismantle the faucet and if the filter was the problem it would probably cost another $150.00 for the part but if we decided to replace the faucet it would be a flat rate of $331.23 and it would take about an hour. So I said really you charge $331.23 an hour labor? His response: No we don't charge that much an hour we charge a flat rate fee of $331.23 and it will take about an hour to complete the work. So I said: so you are going to charge me $331.23 for an hour labor. He said you can play with the words however you like but we charge a flat rate and it will cost you $331.23. Really!!! No kidding. I would not recommend them!
