Had a broken plastic piece of nipple stuck in shower connection. Despite all my efforts and tools used, I could not remove it. I gave Thomas a call and he was super flexible with giving me a visit. He was upfront with giving me a range of the cost based on description alone. Once he came over, he quickly assessed the issue and warned of potentially having to do a more difficult and more costly repair if he could not remove the piece. He did his very best to remove the piece. It was a pretty difficult removal and he got creative to be able to remove the piece all so that he wouldn't have to cut into the wall and make the more costly repair. He rethreaded the elbow connection to remove any debris and installed a new brass nipple and spout and ensured the connections were not leaking. Despite the difficult job, he remained honest to his original estimate. Definitely give Thomas a call for a job excellently done at a great cost!

I want to give a BIG shout out to Thomas Peterson of Peterson Plumbing, wow we're do I begin. I first contacted him back in August of 2021 to get a quote on a toilet repair, but I was able to fix it myself, so I didn't need him but we got to taking about water heaters and the pros and cons of both tankless and gas. Thomas was straight forward with me on the facts of both and quoted a price for both. Well fast forward to December 2021 my wife and I decided it was time for a new water heater after sixteen years so I called Thomas to ask if he remembered the conversation we had back in August and to my surprise he did, I also asked him if he remembered the price he quoted me and he did, so I asked him if that price was still good for the gas water heater and he said he would honor it. I new then that we had made the right decision with him. So we set up a date and time to get the job done, Thomas was there when said he would be, and got the job done in the time he said he would, We are so happy with him that we will ALWAYS use Peterson Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and we think you should to. He's reliable, trustworthy, on time, and does FANTASTIC work, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm sure I have left a bunch of stuff out so when you need plumbing work done just call Thomas Peterson of Peterson Plumbing.

I must admit, Peterson plumbing was not my first choice since they appeared to be new and without a lot of customer reviews. But when our first choice promised to call the day before and then left us hanging, we chose Thomas Peterson. He was very communicative and professional, and what he said he would do, he absolutely did. He even went as far as to buy and fit new drywall to replace the section he had to cut out, and his price was reasonable too! We will be calling on him again for any of our future plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Peterson Plumbing. Thomas arrived on time and did a terrific job replacing the faucet in our bathroom and proceeded to repair a problem we were having in our master bath shower as well. Thomas is well spoken, very polite and his prices are very reasonable! I know we will use his services again if we have any plumbing issues!!! Great guy!

My awesome little guy flushed his toothbrush down the toilet. We tried to plunge it out, but no go. I reached out on Yelp for estimates from local companies and Thomas responded within 15 minutes with an actual quote and said he could come out this afternoon. One company said he could come out tomorrow to give an estimate and someone else had an automated response.

Thomas made it super easy. He came out same day and gave me a best case and worse case scenario before he got started. Lucky for us, it was the best case. He was finished super quick and accepted payment via Venmo because who has cash anyways these days?

Definitely saving his number for my son's future escapades.

We woke up to a puddle of water under our kitchen sink. I turned off thr hot water valve. Petersen Plumbing responded a few hours. He kept me updated on his time of arrival.
