My well pump had seized and being relatively new to the area and never dealing with wells I called Petersham pump service. Travis came the same day and bailed me out. Having to decide the different cards to put it on I accidentally overpaid and was contacted by Travis who mailed me a check. They are great. Definitely recommend!!!!

Travis and Petersham Pump!
When I found I had NO water, it was pretty stressful. My home is also home to my pet grooming shop and I cannot manage either thing, without LOTS of water!

Having checked that it wasn't just a breaker tripped to the water pump, I knew I had a problem that I'd need a professional to manage. I shopped by location. Petersham Pump is in the area and I was hoping they could help me faster than someplace many miles away. I was right, Travis was here in no time at all.

He did some troubleshooting and correctly diagnosed the trouble. He had everything he needed to replace my 20 plus-year-old water pump and also re-wired it. The job came in at about 20% under the lower end of the guesstimate!

Travis was also able to give me solid advice around other issues I've had with the water and some possible solutions. There definitely will be more to do on the near horizon and it is great to have someone so competent and reliable in the area

It is never fun to have to deal with a major household repair unexpectedly, however, dealing with Travis made the entire ordeal a LOT easier to deal with. He is skilled, efficient and prepared AND as it turned out, affordable too!!!!
