Very unresponsive to phone calls; does not return messages. Giving up on them after many years.

Petersen & Son installed a new concrete driveway for me in April 2010. It is the WORST quality workmanship imaginable. I have begged them to come back and make repairs for 3 years, and they ignore my phone calls. Thier business license should be revoked. I paid alot of money for the driveway, and they will not fix the problems. A local company like this should strive to please its customers and offer the highest level of quality work - this is not this company. I do not recommend them for any kind of work -you will be very dissatisfied.

I agree with the prior review - they should be rated as a ""NEGATIVE"" company.

I was in real trouble. My wet bar, kitchen sink and laundry tub was backing up. I called Petersen for help and they promptly returned my phone calls and sent a plumber the next morning working around my schedule. This firm is efficient, polite and got the problem solved.

Would give zero stars if possible. The owner -- ever so arrogantly, I must add -- told me that my laundry grey water was *supposed* to flow back into the sink next to it as it goes through the rinse cycle. I knew that wasn't right, so I called three other plumbers who all said, ""No way that should ever happen.""

I knew it.

And a month before that, he was supposed to have rodded out the lines as part of the home settlement, paid by the previous owners. He did a crap job, and they were clogged almost immediately.

Then I had him come back out, and he wanted to charge me for work that was supposedly already done. I told him to go fly a kite (paraphrasing here) and promised myself never to use this awful man. He was just trying to cover up his previous shoddy work.

Do yourself a favor any go anywhere else.
