I had Greg Petersen remove the old water heater and install a new one.
He did a great job as always. He even went above and beyond to figure out
how to connect to the old electric hook up so I did not have to call an electrician. He was prompt, on time, professional, personable and had a very good price. I would use his company again and do recommend him.

Greg is hands down the best plumber around! I have been underwhelmed by most services since living in Carson for almost a decade, so to say I found my plumber means a lot. He is very responsive and goes out of his way to fix things in a timely manner. Very friendly, personable, professional, and reasonably priced. We just had a garbage disposal leak last week that caused water damage throughout the house. I left a message late Friday and he called me first thing Monday morning and squeezed me into his day. He fixed the garbage disposal and did a few extras we have been wanting done. He also calls be my name and remembers me even after not seeing him for over a year. Something that isn't experienced often. It means a lot to me that he remembers me and doesn't treat me like a number. Because of this I'm not surprised that he is so busy and has accumulated such a high bank of customers. Highly recommended!

He's at the top of his game and he's responsive, excellent customer service with very fair pricing and he's great at helping problem solve to get you the right solution. He really came through for us when two other plumbing services couldn't address the issue we had- issue is now 100% resolved, perfectly.

Greg's voicemail says he will call back in 24 hours (but offers his cell if it's an emergency). I left a message and he called back the next morning. I described the problem (bathtub and toilet weren't draining) and he gave me some steps to troubleshoot. After doing what he recommended and narrowing where the problem could be, he offered some steps to fix it or offered to come out. I tried what he recommended and it fixed the problem. Thanks Greg!

This fellow worked on two projects for us. One he never got back to so we got a different plumber. The other was a gas line install and the gas pressure was almost nonexistent. He refused to come back and check it unless we paid for a service call. He is also, in my opinion, an egotistical jerk. He also refused to wear a mask during COVID.
