Mr. Peterson showed up quickly, solved the problem with a smile on his face & took care of everything! Their prices are as fantastic as their service! Excellent customer service! Made time for my plumbing issues at the earliest convenience, even though he was already busy, and worked with me to figure out what my plumbing issues were. Really helped in figuring a lot of my house plumbing and went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing was fix. Would have liked to at least talked to Greg in person. Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment at my house. Drove 2 hrs to get there early to make sure I would be on time. At my scheduled appt time I called to see if we still had an appt. Greg said he would call me right back. 1hr and 45 min later he called back. Don't know how much longer I would have had to wait to get the work actually done, but I guess I won't find out as I have hired another company that came to my house in 2 days and will have the work done in 1 week. Greg either needs to hire more help or not take on so much work.

Greg has been our plumber since we moved to Carson City the fall of 2019. He has done a wide variety of work for us on several occasions as we have been renovating our house here before and after we moved in. He has replaced our pressure regulator for the house, installed several new toilet flanges and rings, repiped our gas line to accommodate our new stove, installed sinks and faucets and helped to reconfigure a tub to a large stand up shower. Greg is always super nice and always willing to explain options and provide a recommendation. When we have a plumbing issue or question, we call Greg and know the job will get done right.

The control valve on my shower/tub combo was shot and I couldn't shut the water off. OH NO!! So I turned the whole-house system off at the pressure tank and called Greg. It's the Monday after Mother's Day and there were several other urgent calls for his services but Greg cheerfully assured me that he would squeeze me in. He certainly came through. Not only was the shower/tub valve replaced promptly, but Greg also took the time to look at AND repair FIVE other minor but annoying plumbing problems in my home...all in an hour and 15 minutes! Greg was prompt, friendly, professional and quick...all at at fee that was kind to my checkbook. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Over the past couple of decades living in Carson City I have, on more than one occasion, had to seek out his services for a plumbing problem. He has at all times finished the job quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. It is his business, he owns it, and he is obviously proud of it - justifiably!

We had an emergency at our rental house and the tenant had three children . Not great with plumbing problems. Greg Petersen was there before the end of the day and took care of the problem. It really created a long work day for him but he got the job done. The happiest plumber in Nevada, always nice always cheerful, great guy.

Five stars! What started out as a simple hook-up for a new washing machine turned into a plumbing problem. Called Greg and he not only professionally fixed the plumbing issue, did an awesome job putting the sheetrock back in and also hooked up my new washer! Great job, great price - I highly recommend.
