Had some issues with water pressure throughout the house from well sediment. After months of calling and having well companies and pump companies and plumbers come out and tell me what I need to do or why they couldn't fix it, I called Petersen Plumbing. I got an appt within a week and the guys were in and out in an hour having fixed every single issue! Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had the first appointment of the day, 8am. At 10am I called to say no one had shown up. The office acknowledged that someone should have called me but didn't and then said ""He hasn't shown up for work yet and we don't know when he will come in. This has happened before with him. I can call when he shows up."" It sounded like he is habitually late. So I made an appointment with another plumber. I did not want someone like that to be in charge of a multiple day job.

I called when my tankless water heater suddenly wouldn't heat. When I was told the two technicians that worked on them were not working that day a very nice lady said she would see what she could do. I got a call back within an hour and soon had a tech come out the same day. He not only got the heater working again within a few minutes but flushed it out and fixed another long term problem with it shutting off periodically. I was totally satisfied! Petersen's has my business from now on.

Having had no luck finding a plumber that I could trust, I was very pleasantly surprised by Peterson Plumbing. They responded to my request for a quote within a couple of hours even though it was a Saturday. They quoted a fair price that ended up being very accurate. They were able to schedule me on the day I wanted in less than a week.

Santiago arrived within the time range I was given. He was courteous, professional, and worked steadily, finishing the project (replacing two toilets) in less time than expected. He answered my questions patiently and explained my options clearly. He was awesome and even if I didn't much like the company, I would use them again just because of him.

Very impressed, I now have a plumber I can trust!!!

Installed a Norwitz Tankless HW heater. Called and left a message about having NO hot water over the weekend. No response. Called again Monday morning after waiting for a response from message, advising of the situation (already out two days without hot water) ""Oh, the earliest we could have a look at it is Wednesday or Thursday"". Ummmmm, no. I'lll find a company that cares.

For the last 10 years we have used Peterson for our plumbing needs. I called and set up an appointment for them to replace a faucet and install a water filtration system in my kitchen. Time was set between 8am and 9am. I had to be done by 1 pm to leave for other appointments.

Day of service rolls around 8, 9, then at 9:30 I call and was told well my guy had an emergency not sure when he'd be there but we'll call. BUT THEY DID NOT CALL TO SAY HE'D BE LATE TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!!

WOW!!! COMMON they should have IMMEDIATELY called me it was like oh well too bad and oh we will fit you in again in a week. Terrible customer service will never use again. Go with Baxters!!

Jack, you explained everything clearly before and after your service. Very fair price for parts and service. You are a true pro. And Rachel, you did great! I've always used Petersen, in 2 homes prior to this one, and will continue.

Was interested in installing a tankless electric water heater in place of an existing electric water heater. They couldn't even give a ball park figure, and wanted $149 to even give a bid. Ridiculous!

Communication can be difficult and they missed one appointment w/o calling but once here a good discussion about solutions. Price a little higher than first oral estimate. Workers TJ and Tyler were fast, efficient and neat. They earned the fourth star. Probably use again but I would be a bit more demanding.

We had 2 repairs to get done and Matt did both efficiently and effectively. While he could have recommended replacing parts, he quickly fixed what we had, saving us hundreds. That wasn't the best part. I called back a few days later because the garbage disposal that the electrician (not Petersen Plumbing) installed, caused our dishwasher to stop draining. I'd tried to fix it myself, to no avail. Matt came BACK and recognized that there was a plug in the disposal placed there by the manufacturer. 5 minutes and it was fixed! And at no charge, to boot! Thank you so much!
