James is a very unfriendly unprofessional plumber. He gave me a first quote of $275, but he charged $352 without doing extra work.He replaced my brass valve with a cheeper plastic one. He didn't do an insualtion with PVC pipes. As I didn't use his box, he said I wasted his money, which was very unreasonable. He could return the box to the store for a full refund and even his first quote didn't include the box. I told him I was not happy with his work, he said I was a racist and refused to come back to finish his job. It was the worse services I had ever received.
