Beyond Frustrated with Peter's Plumbing. The company was called by our neighbor (townhouses) to fix a leak they had. After a few days of repair, they seemed to fix our neighbors problem. That's where our problem began. Within a few days of them fixing our neighbors leak, we noticed a small leak in the same area they were working on, assuming it was a continuation of our neighbors leak, we took no action only to find out our pipes that were connected to the same water meter were now damaged. They had machinery ontop of where our pipes are located and they even cut our neighbors internet lines while attempting to fix their leak. We called Peter's Plumbing with our situation and they had no remorse nor concern about the possibility they made a mistake and damaged our pipes and went to try and charge us $9,000 to repair something that was not a problem until they were ON our property. They came up with excuses of poor pipes in the area and trees roots and just about everything else a plumber would typically say to sell their service. Avoiding discussing the possibility they may have damaged our property when working on our neighbors home, they tried to sell us on financing the fix. I highly discourage you from using a company that is not honorable, fair, or compassionate. Not to mention, our neighbors fix took several attempts, they cut their internet cables, so in addition to the poor attributes, they aren't very good at what they do either.

Cannot thank these guys enough for all of the work they have done for me. Luis Arias, is the man and extremely helpful, I've been battling with permits and he helped get me into contact with the right people to help close out issues, even those outside of the scope of plumbing. The team he brought with him to do the work was extremely meticulous, quick, and aware of what is needed to pass inspections. I made Luis aware of my time crunch and he delivered. Luis, Claudio, and Ryan, THANK YOU! Peter's plumbing has a life long customer and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I have never seen a more rude owner in my life .. one day after doing repairs my entire house was flooded again i called their secretary on the phone was rude as hell then their own Lewis called me n cursed at me called me a butch and said I should be in a homeless shelter with my kids or something like that .. I hung up the phone on him I wish i recorded it ! will contact the BBB too ! stay away !!!!

We called Peters Plumbing to diagnose a leak we had in our childrens closet. Luis Ortiz came out to perform the inspection. The results were that the leak was coming from our master bedroom toilet. We were willing to move forward with the job. Mr. Ortiz informed us to not use the master bathroom until after the repair was complete. We followed his instructions. Mr. Ortiz left the hose that connects to our toilet unhinged and water began to leak into our bedroom under our wood laminate. We called Peter's plumbing as soon as we noticed the leak. Mr. Ortiz apparently was dishonest about leaving the hose unhinged and did not take responsibility for his mistake. I called this company for one issue we had going on and they left us with no repair and another issue on top of our current situation we originally called them In for. I advise anyone even considering calling this company for a job to highly reconsider! They are dishonest, shady and immoral. The manager gave us and estimate for $375 and they had to do more than expected i knew it was going to be a higher price but he was supposed to called me with another estimate and after they finished working he wanted to charge me $2400, I explained to the manager (really rude ) that I couldn't afford that so he told the plumber( he was really good) to cut everything he did and leave, he did what the manager told him to do and leave after.

Worst company ever. Never on time, repairs had to be done three times. Worker walked off the job. Kept us waiting three days before they would even come back to repair their mistake. Use anyone else but them!

I did receive a call this afternoon from someone from peters plumbing . I was at work and did not have time to have personal calls and be discussing an issue that occurred months ago. I am a professional ...something that this business knows nothing about . If this business truly wanted to refund me the $$,.....guess what they would have already . They have all my information and all my cc information considering they were the ones who tried to tell the bank that they weren't negligent. I have all the correspondence as proof. It seems like another attempt at offering promises that they are never going to follow through on. Did they think I was going to trust that they would do what this gentleman was promising??? In this day and age ...refunds can happen instantaneously. But this has been months and months !

Terrible!! I hired them to replace a sink basin, change a faucet handle and caulk the sink surface. They were unable to get the basin out but chipped it which they failed to mention (noticed this after they left). The faucet handle was replaced but they did not tighten it to the surface enough so it was very loose. The caulking job was like a 3 year old did it. I spent hours cleaning up their mess. By the way, initial quote they provided after they arrived was ridiculous ($750 for 1-2 hours of work). Do not hire this company -- unprofessional, poor quality, way over priced.
