Joseph was extremely competent, helpful, very dedicated to his work and pleasant to be around. I'll recommend him highly.

dishonest !! ripp off comes from management. the worst experience ever. they will tell you things you don't need replaced, stay away from these so called plumber...

por favor no los usen , el trabajo es muy mal hecho y muy costozo. no toman responsabilidad por nada

I had Peters plumbing come out today to fix a sink in my kitchen. Angel and Andy were amazing and realized the sink faucet needed to be replaced. They went and got the new faucet and installed it same day. Everything is working perfectly.

Essentially, dishonest management that refuses to be proactive regarding mistakes they made which cost me $2000 and caused considerable damage to the condo below mine. They don't return calls or honor their commitments. I'm in touch with my attorney. Needless to say, never again. Jerry Pearl

Worst experience ever I was left the cleanup concerns never addressed will never use them again considering legal action

I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Peter Plumber to help you avoid similar issues. I called them to change a cartridge for my shower, and the technician quoted me $550, which is much higher than the market rate of $250. He explained the higher cost was due to their warranty, insurance, etc. After some negotiation, he lowered the price to $400 after speaking with his """"manager."""" However, after the work was done, my shower was left dripping. The technician claimed it was a valve issue and said it would cost another $1200 to fix. Concerned, I called another plumber for a second opinion. The new plumber found that the cartridge wasn't installed properly by Peter Plumber's technician, causing the drip. After correctly installing the cartridge, the dripping stopped. I called Peter Plumber multiple times for a refund. Each time, I was told I'd get a call back, but this never happened. On my third call, the representative was very rude and refused to issue a refund, despite my explanation that the initial job was either poorly done or a deliberate upsell attempt. Additionally, I noticed on their Instagram that they prioritize upselling. They post about training their plumbers to make $1 million a year by earning $2739 a day, which suggests their focus is more on sales than good customer service. They also send teams of two people, which likely contributes to their high prices. Please be cautious if you consider using Peter Plumber. Get quotes from other companies and make sure you doble check if they try to upsell you.

They did alot of work for us at a Multi-Family Apartment Complex because we weren't licensed to do gas work. They came into the laundry room with saws and cut the pipe and caused a flood - 1 1/2 inches of standing water and then refused to clean it up or acknowledge that they caused it. They even charged me extra to do the work once they evaluated and I accepted the extra charges. They are not easy to reach once you have paid in full and they still haven't completely finished the work, expect to have to call several times to get them back out.

THIS PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. BE AWARE. They bind you with contracts and they dont perform the job and keep your money.

Company is a scam. You will think you owe a few hundred dollars for a leak, then they try to upsell you on thousands of dollars worth of repairs.
