Peters Plumbing is the best in the area. Luis Arias, arrived on schedule and was knowledgeable, professional yet friendly. Luis went above and beyond, so thank you Luis! Contractors in Miami can be very hit or miss so I was grateful to find a company i can trust and does quality work.

I contacted Peter's Plumbing to pull a simple permit on 2/20/23 and overpaid them in full on that day. It is now 3/28/23 and still no permit. I have been lied to on multiple occasions and have placed over 20 calls to them, just to get the runaround. The matter is unresolved as I write this review with little hope left that this issue gets resolved. Anyone reading this review, I highly recommend going elsewhere for any and all your plumbing needs.

I had to replace an undermount sink as part of a double vanity. Luis came out to install the sink and charged me $800. He cut himself removing the old sink. He was bleeding all over my house. He needed stitches but he insisted on crazy gluing his wound which didn't stop the bleeding. I saw the sink he brought was not correct, but he insisted on installing it. I let him install it just so I could get him out of my house. I had to clean up his blood after he left. I called the office. They wanted me to take out the good sink and replace it with the same model Luis installed. They insisted that my sink was too old and they couldn't find a match. I had to go and find the sink on Amazon myself. It took me 30 minutes to find it. Peter's plumbing still managed to order the wrong sink. It took them 3 months and multiple visits to get the right sink. The correct sink cost $75, Luis claimed $500 of the $800 I paid him was the cost of the sink. Peter's plumbing refuses to refund the difference or credit back anything. Their justification is that they had to come out multiple times like it was my fault. So in summary one of the worse experiences of my life. I ended up waiting for 3 months and paying $800 to install a $75 sink. Not to mention I had to get a service to clean up after Luis who left my floors and walls covered with his blood. Please do not use these guys. Your just asking for pain. Estaba sangrando por toda mi casa. Necesitaba puntos, pero insistió en lo loco Pegando su herida que no dejo de sangrar. Vi que el fregadero que traía no era el correcto, pero insistió en instalarlo. Dejé que lo instalara solo para poder sacarlo de mi casa. Tuve que limpiar su sangre después de que se fue. Llamé a la oficina. Querían que sacara el fregadero bueno y lo reemplazara con el mismo modelo que instaló Luis. Insistieron en que mi fregadero era demasiado viejo y no podían encontrar una coincidencia. Tuve que ir a buscar el fregadero en Amazon mismo Me tomó 30 minutos encontrarlo. El equipo de plomería de Peter aún logró ordenar el fregadero equivocado. Les tomó 3 meses y varias visitas obtener el fregadero correcto. El fregadero correcto costó $75, Luis afirmó que $500 de los $800 que le pagué eran el costo del fregadero. El equipo de plomería de Peter se niega a reembolsar la diferencia o acreditar cualquier cosa Su justificación es que tuvieron que salir varias veces como si fuera mi culpa. En resumen, una de las peores experiencias de mi vida. Terminé esperando 3 meses y pagando $ 800 para instalar un fregadero de $ 75. Sin mencionar que tuve que contratar un servicio para limpiar después de Luis, que dejó mis pisos y paredes cubiertos con su sangre. Por favor, no uses a estos tipos. Solo estás pidiendo dolor.

We recently bought a home and called to have someone come out because we were having issues with toilets backing up. First, they arrived to our home and stated they needed to go on roof to snake/ camera down the drain. They stated that it would be 700.00 and they would give us a professional copy of footage. The workers were unprofessional and rude. They didn't tell us what the issue was and didn't provide the footage to see the issue until days later. I called the main office and to my surprise the lady that answered the phone was rude and gave me a run around about the video that was to be given with the service.Finally after a week of multiple calls to the office, they finally sent us a video but the camera had no SIM card and they tried to record it from the cell phone to the camera which turned out to be horrible footage. I called again to speak to the manager and the lady hung up on me. We spent 700.00 and they never even agreed to come out and redo video with an actual SIM card in camera. Money wasted but I took the time to write this review to warn others to not waste your time or hard earned money with this company. Worst experience ever!!!

Please stay away from this company. They provide you with a big proposal of things that """"might"""" be needed and request 50% down, then when part of the job is not needed, then, they keep your money and don't return it back. they don't even return your calls ever. It's been more than 2 months of call after call and the secretary promises that the owner of the company will get back to you but nothing happens. they owe us in excess of 2,000.00 dollars.

worst plumber ever!!! a month ago they fized the problem temprarly and now i cant use the shower and toilet - they charged me 300$!! and they want 300$ again- dont work with them they are so baddd

Don't be fooled by a license number on a truck and a plumber in uniformed like I was duped. Do not use these Plumber's unless you want to be ripped off!!. Sloppy workers that don't know code or know what they are doing. They don't guarantee their work or have any integrity. They will leave you stranded with a mess and without water all day on a hr and half job. And outright lie to you. Save yourself whole lot of frustration and hire someone else who does. You'll thank me for it.

Paid $1800.00?to replace two Toilets that were working. Don't trust them, I was charged $600.00 to replace two flanges that took a 10 minutes and cost 11 dollars.
