I am shocked that this company is licensed to do business in Florida. I hired the company to replace the main water shut off valve to my condo unit. They have now come out 3 times to do this work and have been unsuccessful. On all 3 occasions we have had to shut the water off to an entire 48 unit building and they showed up over an hour late and unprepared on all three occasions. As of their last attempt yesterday afternoon I am in worse shape than when they started, I have no water to my unit, damage to the water heater ground line and have not received a call from the owner even after asking repeatedly to speak to him. Completely unacceptable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEVES. Plumber came out to do a camera view of exterior line and told me line was cracked and sewage was running in and needed to b replaced immediately. Asked for video and they sent it four days later. Once looking at video it clearly stated there was NO CRACK OR LEAKS!! They charged me $3,000 and now no one wants to provide and itemized bill or explain where they came up with that number. STAY AWAY! BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS

You wrote a review for Peters Plumbing 3 days ago 3/16/2021 The rating I am giving is ZERO stars this was not an option It is unfortunate that a business would take advantage of a customer during these trouble times. Job: unclog a toilet- A snake was run from the inside of the house first to the outside. When this did not work they ran the snake from the outside to the inside. They eventually had to remove the toilet to complete the job. This was not a three thousands dollars. I asked for a quoted to replace 70 feet of pipe. This was first quoted at 21k then to 18k. I asked to pay for the job that was performed on one invoice and I would leave a deposit for the future work. The future work would only be affordable if I would get help from my insurance company. The first deposit I was not able to afford nor the second request. I am not sure why the employee under the instructions of the office manager went from 10k to 5K deposit in the end I left 3k with the understanding that if I was not able to complete the big job the funds for the initial clog would be taken out and the remaining returned to me. The payment was transfer to the company. I thought maybe the employee was getting a cut. The employee quit the next day. The employee did display professionalism and did do a good job. However for the owner of the company to keep money that was for a deposit on a future job if I were able to have insurance help is unethical to the point of stealing. I was never given a quote for the job at hand nor did I ask for one. I have dealt with the same issue for years. I have had several different companies, handymen come to unclogged the pipes. Each one all doing the same process. Never have I paid more than 550.00 dollars. Shame on me......BEWARE get a written quote prior to having the work done. I will take further action towards retrieving what is owed to me. I felt I should leave this review for everyone ones benefit. JMF

I would give a negative star if possible. This company performed work on a residential unit in a high-rise condominium I manage in Miami. They broke a water line while replacing a water heater and rather than doing wat is right and stay to correct the problem, they fled the building never to return. They flooded a total of 11 units causing damage to the building upwards of $40,000 and they are not stepping up to make it right with their insurance. I highly recommend you do not use them if you are a property manager and if for residential, make sure you have a copy of their certificate of insurance in case they damage your property.

I Got an estimate... Everything as great until I got my itemized bill for parts that included Powerade ORANGE for the plumber, Sales Tax and a credit card service fee of 3% were also added to my bill. (I had to make several requests to get the itemized bill) The work was done to a satisfactory standard, but the itemized hiccup in billing will cause me to look elsewhere next time.

Do not use this company! I needed a water heater replaced. I had a couple of small jobs to do and had them price everything out for me. I trusted the pricing as I thought it was a reputable company and had no idea how much the parts cost. To replace a water heater..950 for a 439.00 Rheem unit and 900 to replace it. That's more than 300 per hour. Replace an under sink water filter--tried to charge 300.00. I stated that the piece costs 80.00 at HD. He agreed to come down to 125.00 and installed a GE that costs 65.00 and charged 250.00 to install which took less than 30 minutes. That's 500.00 per hour rate. Installed 4 hose bibs on the outside--no welding-just screwed in-350.00. Changed a Moen faucet on a double vanity as it was leaking. He stated he had that same faucet in the warehouse. After he installed it I checked and it was a 129.00 Delta that did not match. He offered to come back and replace it at no charge if I bought the fixture and valve unit. I paid 488.00 for the faucet and handles and 88.00 for the valve undersink. I could have just replaced the valve system and saved the 488.00 i spent but he no longer had the faucet he removed. Replace a bad valve in a toilet--125.00 for a 20.00 dollar part. I requested 200.00 back for the incorrect faucet that I had paid them for, they said the plumber would bring it when he changed out the faucet--no check and the plumber said it came out of his pocket and he didn't have any money. Feeling very stupid for thinking it was a reputable company, they could do all the jobs the next day and thought they were expensive but worth it to get everything done right. Should have called some other companies as their prices are much more reasonable. Should have done my homework and researched the prices. Feeling very ripped off and have learned a valuable lesson. Do not use this company!!

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. My expectations fell short. They are a well known company, highly publicized, and have a good reputation. That's why I picked them to fix my leaking toilet which caused me to have two consecutive water bills for $300. They came out and evaluated the problem, told me it was a problem with the water fill valve, charged me $100, took five minutes to fix it andtold meI have ayears warranty so that if I had any further problems, just call, no charge. As he (Yang) was pulling out of my driveway, I noticed the toilet was still running. I called him to come back in. He did a """"quick fix"""", and this time I was assured the problem was fixed. The following morning while I was brushing my teeth, I noticed the toilet running two times and I took videos and sent it to Yang. He sent me a message saying he would be over later that day. He showed up at the end of the day. He checked the toilet again and this time installed a stopper (which I supplied) and then told me he was just doing me a favor because the so called one year warranty was only to cover the """"fill valve"""". Well, the problem was still the """"fill valve"""". And I was under the impression that I paid $100 for a leaking toilet to be fixed, regardless of the problem. So he was really """"slick"""" as far as that so called """"one year warranty"""" is concerned. In any event, he installed the new stopper, said the toilet was fixed, and and left. After he left, the toilet continued to run as before. I have not called them again. I have the same problem that I started out with and I'm out of $100

DO NOT use Peter's Plumbing out of Miami, Florida 10652 SW 186th Street Cutler Bay, Florida. I called them upon recommendation from Home Advisor. (Don't use Home Advisor) to my home for the first time to give me an estimate and then to actually replace my stainless kitchen sink and faucet. He took my $900.00 and said he'd be back with the sink and faucet. He never came back . It cost me $30.00 to cancel that check. The supposed owner called me and said she'd send her son out to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. He replaced my kitchen sink which looks like it came from a recycling dump: permanent stains, water stains that cannot be removed although I tried everything including Bartenders Friend. And, while the guy was under my kitchen sink he did something and my garbage disposal no longer works. I sent Peter's Plumbing photos of my sink, and told them about my garbage disposal not working. Called repeatedly for a resolution. No luck. I feel so ripped off. And, who can afford this incompetence right now or ever?

I've used Peters Plumbing for plumbing issues at work and home For years, and heating and air at home. They are dependable and honest. Thankful to have a company I can trust to give an honest assessment of my equipment.

I cannot say much for there service but I called them due to spigot breaking and was told someone would be on the way, after I waited 2 hours no one showed up or called. I called them and they told me surprised """"no one has called you let me check"""". After that I received a call from the company stating they will not be able to make it but would happily come by on Monday( today is saturday and i have the water turned off so it is not shooting out the wall). I told them that Mobday will not work and they should of told me from beginning they cannot due the job so I could find someone else. In response they tell me let me check with company and call back. They called me and told me someone else will call me and are on there way to solve my problem as I explained to them I cannot turn on water. Not to my surprise no one called or showed up. So now I need to find a real plumbing service after these guys had me waiting all afternoon and told me on 2 ocassions someone is on the way. Try if it is not an emergency as they claim to be 24/7 but might not be able to make it..
