They use young and experienced plumbers. really nice kids. However when we had an issue and they had to come back for it, instead of fixing it for free which they should have done, as it was a problem created by them, they charged me another $200. Later on when I request a copy of the invoice, they ignored my repeated requests and I never received an invoice for the work performed. I had other plumbers look at their work and they gave me all the same verdict: Monkey Business. stay away from those people
I used peters plumbing to replace a tankless water heater did not last long at all stop working 6/22/19, called was told technician would be out to residence on Monday 6/24/19, waited all day. called back no answer left message no one called yet not very professional at all.
I personally would not and will not give Peter's plumbing not even one star. But I had to in order to post this, so please know that I dont think they deserve one star at all. I searched home advisor for a number as I found a leak from a closet. The plumbers came to the rescue or at least I thought. They examined that they charge 150 for after hours calls and another 50 to locate the leak. So after cutting 2 huge holes I a closet wall they locate the leak and teller it's a hard job and they would call their boss """"peter"""" and he would give me an estimate. But this is after asking me can they log onto my home wifi; which the answer was NO. Well they come back in and tell le it's going to be $1900.00 to fix the leak. I told them there is no way I'm paying them that much to replace a 3 foot piece of copper. Peter then said ok $600.00 to which I again said no. Then he said $500.00 and I said no again. He asked what 8 think was fair and I said $300.00 and he said ok. We will take it. I then told him just for the simple fact that you would go from $1900.00 to $300.00 tells me that it's neither a $1900.00 or $300.00 job. After a lot of choice words I told his workers to get out of my house because Its wrong to try and RIP people off for their hard earned money. The next day I went to lowes and paid for the parts and tools I need for the job and paid $115.00 for everything. Came home and in 1 hour I fixed my own leak. Dont call peters plumbing please. Especially women as they will take advantage of you.
Eduardo V.Im not one to write below 4 star reviews but its kind of needed on this one. I spotted one of their vehicles at a local stores parking lot and saved their number. I first contacted Peters Plumbing back in January of 2018 and they came to the house on January 26, 2018. We went over all the details and things we needed to get done and they mentioned they would send me a quote, including the new faucets and the full repair. They never got me anything, and i was tired of writing back to them. I let the time pass, and i travel alot so it stopped becoming such a priority. February 2nd 2019, i messaged them once again asking if they could help me getting my toilet and things fixed, and they scheduled me for the following day, in which that following day they said they would call before heading out. Its February 25, and we are still waiting for that call. Others may have other experiences with Peters Plumbing, but i am just sharing my experience.
Ramel E.RIPE OFF! Can't speak for the whole company but as far as the guy who came out Ariel Gonzalez I will no longer be doing business with this company. """"One bad apple ruins the bunch"""" it's true what they say. From our initial conversation Ariel quoted me a price not to exceed the amount we agreed on based on his time and labor. He did arrive within the time frame that he said he would which I would say was a good thing but once I told him what I thought the issue was (my shower nob was not turning all the way) he quickly agreed that was the issue and that it would be a simple fix, just as it was taking the nob off (which was one screw) and removing the stopper. From that point I could have stop him from going any further because as I said it was a estimate and I didn't have to pay him from that point because he was just coming to see it not to do work but being the person I am, I choose to allow him to continue to unscrew the nob just so I can at least pay him for the labor. This is where things went south, as I sit there and watch him do exactly what I describe and could have done myself within the 2 mins he spent doing it he then proceeded to write me a invoice for $75 and him himself didn't give me the invoice but sent the person who was riding along with him to write me the invoice and I ask """"why are you charging me $75""""? Which the person with him couldn't answer. I felt myself feeling uneasy and instead of getting upset I just wanted him out of my house and then ask him which method could I pay he said Cashapp which I didn't know if it was going to the company or they both were just going to split it but none the less I paid and that was that. To make matters worst I reach out to Ariel (He left his personal number) and I expressed that I felt that he was unethical in the price that he charged me for the amount of work he done, I would have understand if he said that was his minimal prior to doing the job or that it would have been that price for any work done but this was not the case and he was rude and unprofessional and for that reason I WILL NOT do business with Peter's Plumbing again. I will prefer to spend more on a service at another company that charges more based off this interaction I have had with Ariel Gonzalez. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Paid $1800.00?to replace two Toilets that were working. Don't trust them, I was charged $600.00 to replace two flanges that took a 10 minutes and cost 11 dollars.
I do not recommend this guys at all, first they catch you with a cheap quote over the phone, once at your place, the Cuban guy tells you that he has to remove the toilet in order to unclog a pipe and it cost $200 more than what he quoted, wondering around your house for a few hours at the end he could not solve the problem and refers to a friend to do what he suppose to do in the first place, at the end of the day I was rip off for $600
Michele H.Hired Peter's Plumbing to redo my bathroom shower. During the demo a wall was damaged, the plumber saw it and agreed that it was caused by a hammer during the demolition process. Peter saw it and agreed that it needed to be fixed. According to the plumber he """"fixed it"""" but when Peter saw the picture, he told Peter that he had done a horrible job because he didn't have the right ladder. Peter said that the plumber would return to fix it, this was weeks ago. Now that they have been paid the $7000 I can't get them to come back. The tiles were placed a few weeks ago and they've had to come back 2 x. The 1st because the parts of the shower were missing grout and now because the grout on the tile floor is crumbling. I have cracks and water is getting in. I have, again, reached out to Peter and haven't heard back. Horrible experience!
I used Peter's Plumbing for my aged mother-in-law's condominium in Sunrise, FL. Her unit was leaking to the unit below and Gerry from Peter's Plumbing came quickly and diagnosed the problem. Peter's gave me an estimate on the spot and started the job ASAP. There was a problem in that the water shutoff valve was frozen due to corrosion and Peter's worked with the Condo Association to schedule a date to shutoff the water in the entire building at which time Peter's completed the work. It was an expensive job (plumbing is expensive), but Peter's negotiated a little with me and I thought they were fair in their pricing. I would recommend Peter's to others in need of emergency plumbing services
Hasan R.My old water heater needed to be replaced after I noticed it leaking. I got in touch with Peter's Plumbing, and Peter was able to send help on the same day. Dayron was our assigned plumber, and he did a great job! He was polite, professional and thorough with his work. Thank you both!
