I hired Peter's Plumbing on June 26th 2023 after I received a water bill from the city of Miami for $1,100. I knew I must have a water leak. They dug a large hole on the outside of my house where the shutoff valve is located. They did not use leak detection equipment. The next day they convinced me the leak was inside the house and of course the price of the work had jumped to $7500. I had to give them half of the price. so now they have $4,275. of my money. They proceeded to make five big holes in my living room tile floor. The were making holes all over the drywall. What a total disaster. They didn't know what they were doing. They shut off my water and I had to move out of my home for eight days. I fired them and hired a different plumber. He couldn't believe the damage they had done. He had the right equipment and of course found the leak outside not inside. He repaired all their shoddy work and fixed the leak outside. Peter's plumbing has not refunded my deposits and takes no responsibility for all the damage they did to my home. NIGHTMARE! never hire this plumbing company.

Very professional team and very timely. Schedule a free estimate and they were on time. The updates provided by the dispatch team was great. The team came over and looked at my issue and provided a very decent quote for the work to be performed. I will add more if the quote is accepted for processing. No complaints

Would not recommend to anyone. Attempted to work with this company based on the better reviews, but unfortunately my experience lines up with the poor reviews. 1.If you are busy and need a company that will return calls as promised or get back to you with info in a timely manner, this isn't the place. You will need to babysit this company if you want things to move along. 2. Either this company is very bad at providing accurate estimates or this company is at a bait-and-switch game. I was given a total price of $550 for my job, but when the same person who quoted it showed up and 'went to Home Depot for parts', suddenly the job was a lot more complicated and would be at least $1,000, if not more. 3. This company hassled me hard about getting my deposit back on the spot when it was decided the work could not be done as agreed. I was nervous about giving a 50% cash deposit, and it turns out I should have been. I ended up getting it back on the day the work was supposed to happen, but not easily. 4. I was very up front with the plumber who came to quote the work and returned to do the work as well as the office staff that I was nervous about a situation where the work would not be quoted accurately, as I read about that experience in the reviews, and I was assured the quote I received was accurate and mine was 'an easy job'. I was even given, in writing, an exact scope of work to assure me. The only thing the plumber did before editing the estimate from the original to the new estimate was removed an outlet cover, so he did not 'discover' anything he should not have seen during his initial estimate. He either did a very poor estimate or was trying to scam me. I'm sure this company is fine sometimes per the positive reviews, but they are either hit or miss in competence and customer service, or they target specific customers to run a bait-and-switch scam. I did attempt to contact 'the owner' regarding the situation, as they were allegedly calling all the shots the day this went down. I provided my name and phone number, carefully verifying both with the office staff person I spoke with, and was told I would received a call the next day. Still no call two days later - not that I'm surprised.

The worst services ever. first appointment 5 hours late !!! Then wrong installing , try 2 day to get him back to fixed the problem. He never show up again , so. Must hire a other company to fix the installation. And I have extra cost !!! So please beware never hire this company !!!

One star for theses guys. They were hours late and never bother to call. Each time i called he was always on his way. Finally 3 guys show up to do a 1 man job. They spend 30 min and charge me 550. Never fixed the clog and said 1500. will get it done with a water jet. SAVE YOUR MONEY and call someone anyone else.

The Reviews are justified. As a GC,,, I had to shadow and suggest corrections every step of the repair. They're more skilled at trying to justify mistakes instead of just doing the job correctly/efficiently. They never showed up on time, and as per other reviews, constantly had to leave for parts and tools due to lack of planning

There are a number of Peter's Plumbing companies listed for Miami, FL. The address I got for the one I contacted via Angi is 14880 SW 56TH TERRACE, Miam, FL 33193, phone number 305-216-5107. This is a review for that company. This was the absolute WORST PRO VISIT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. April 15, 2022. Bottom line, I was unhappy with the job, and was then harassed for payment at my home in the middle of the night. I am a 71-year-old woman who lives alone and I was scared as hell. Here's the (relatively) short story. Shower fixtures installed were cheap Home Depot brand (I was never asked brand preference, never discussed). When I saw what they had installed (ugly, cheap, mostly plastic with a hand-held shower that kept falling off the shower wall), I informed the plumber I was not going to pay the other 50% of the invoice until I spoke with a supervisor at Peter's Plumbing on Monday. (The job was """"completed"""" Friday evening, at about 8pm.) Darren, the original sales person/manager/job supervisor came to my door shortly after. I repeated to him that I was not happy with the job and would not pay the balance due until I spoke with a supervisor on Monday. Will skip the middle details of phone calls, one of which was witnessed by my next-door neighbor. At 10:47pm on Friday, April 15, Darren came to my door demanding payment. I did not let him in, but through the door I once more reiterated that I would not pay any more money until I spoke with a supervisor on Monday. I asked him to go home. He did not. He continuously knocked on my door and rang my doorbell until 10:56. He then threatened to call the police and I told him to go right ahead. Because I was frightened! I was happy when the police officer came at 11:15pm. After hearing my story, he told Darren to leave. I was still scared and slept on my living room couch, afraid to sleep in my back bedroom. Not enough room for the rest of the story, but I did have a terrible, unproductive call with the owner of the company the following Monday, April 18th. I felt harassed, and sales-talked in circles. I paid the balance via Zelle because I felt bullied. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I left this very poor review on Angi on April 27. On April 28 I received a phone call from someone at Peter's Plumbing. I did not answer. They left the following voice mail (transcribed badly by iPhone) : """"Good afternoon Mr. Kate this is Peter receive plumbing on the operations a manager and I just wanted to follow up with you I know that you have some expressing concerns on a Angie's list and I wanted to do a follow up with you in detail to see how we could be a better sugars for you'd be more understanding and come instead of the issues that you had brought to the solution on fourth and and we want to see how we could make things better for you so if you could give me about a call at 305-219-4378 I would greatly appreciate it thank you so much McKay you have a wonderful evenina.."""" Luckily the number was for a mobile and I sent the following text message: Good morning. I got your voicemail yesterday. Unfortunately, I have had a number of calls with various people from your company saying they want to make things right. But each call has ended up as aggressive and bullying. So l'm sorry, but I am not going to call you back. I'm posting reviews everywhere relevant and will be filing my complaint with the Florida Attorney General this evening or tomorrow.

I had a large leak from the disposal under the kitchen sink. The plumbers came to give me an estimate to remove the disposal and reconnect the pipes. They were asking $950 to do this. I was dumbfounded. The men who came to my home were Marco and Edmundo. They called their supervisor and gave me an adjusted price of $500. I believe that was still a ridiculous price but I agreed to it. By the next day their repair was leaking. Their work was sloppy and inefficient. And I did not want them back in my home. At the risk of being sued for slander I won't say why I will not allow them in my home again. My advice is that you stay away from this company. Their fee was beyond excessive. And their work was sloppy and less than professional. I regret that I ever called their company

We had water coming up in the corner of the bedroom. I spoke with a rep from Peter's Plumbing. We scheduled an appointment right away. The Professional assigned to my Call, Michael, arrived on time. He even called to let me know that he was on his way. Michael checked the A/C, saw the problem, and got right to work on it. After fixing the A/C, I showed Michael a few more minor fixes we needed in the bathroom sinks and the Main Shutoff for the Water was leaking. For these additional fixes, Michael needed to pickup some parts not commonly used. He was back from the store quickly and went right back to work. All along, the communication was great- clear details and pleasant. Michael is a Great plumber and a Good Man! Peter's Plumbing is a company I Strongly Recommend!!!

It is my fault for not checking YELP before hiring Peter's plumbing to fix a problem in my bathroom. They came, they said they fixed it, they left, it was still broken. Came back again, almost the same exact thing. Charged me but never fixed the problem. Would not recommend.
