DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT RELIABLE AND HONEST WORK. Additionally, Peter's Plumbing does not bother to obtain correct parts or show up for appointments. If you want frustration and aggravation, they are experts. But call someone else for your plumbing issues. I do not recommend.

We had used Peter's Plumbing 3 times before and they were OK. Last week the same toilet was running, so we called them. The plumber replaced the tower where the water enters. 3 days later the water is running again. This time the same plumber came and said he had no orders, did nothing and left. They gave us a time frame (11-1:00).but show up at 3:30. - never contacted us to tell us a change in time. The receptionist looses appointments & addresses. This is truly a little Shop of Horrors. Our toilet still runs but I will get someone else to finish the job. They deserve 0 stars!! Dr Maria Sarasua

Called Peter's Plumbing for a plumbing inspection that my condo was asking for. They said the first visit would be FREE. they said this on 2 separate phone conversations and on the day of the appointment, on the phone they said """"todays visit will be free of charge"""" So, they came, superficially looked at plumbing water connections--did NOT test anything and gave me an estimate of $2,800. I declined and then they would not leave my unit until I paid them $275 for their """"Free"""" first visit. Scamers, Rip Off , Hustlers.. A few emails, a few telephone calls and no resolution, just more lies and BS. Be advised... Avoid them , period.

I had a large leak from the disposal under the kitchen sink. The plumbers came to give me an estimate to remove the disposal and reconnect the pipes. They were asking $950 to do this. I was dumbfounded. The men who came to my home were Marco and Edmundo. They called their supervisor and gave me an adjusted price of $500. I believe that was still a ridiculous price but I agreed to it. By the next day their repair was leaking. Their work was sloppy and inefficient. And I did not want them back in my home. At the risk of being sued for slander I won't say why I will not allow them in my home again. My advice is that you stay away from this company. Their fee was beyond excessive. And their work was sloppy and less than professional. I regret that I ever called their company

Don't use Petes plumbing unless you want to get overcharged 2 months ago they came out to change a water heater and change a valve outside the guy they sent out first was clueless and took 2 days and broke the the outside valve they had to send another plumber to fix the valve and finish installing the water heater he was great but 2 months later the valve was leaking and my mom didn't know because she lives alone and is 93 years old the reason we found out was because my daughter went to visit her and saw the puddle I live in chicago and my daughter called me and informed about the leak so I called Petes plumbing to send someone out and fix the job they did wrong well they charged me 150 for their mistake I spoke with Jennifer who was very pleasant to talk to and said she would talk to the owner the next day and explain my mom is 93 and alone and try to refund me the 150 well he refused I will be reporting this to the city and to the better business bureau they took advantage of an elderly person, plus I feel she was overcharged for the work 2200 now that's a lot of money for a water heater and valve plus the 150.

Called out another plumbing company to fix our toilet and they told us what was wrong and gave us a price. I wanted a second opinion so I called peters plumbing. Unfortunately they said the other company was wrong and gave me a price for their service. I went with Peters and turns out Peters was wrong, didn't fix the toilet, but charged me $450 anyway. They said they could fix it but would need more money to do what the first plumber recommended. Chose another plumber so you don't throw money down the drain.

There are a number of Peter's Plumbing companies listed for Miami, FL. The address I got for the one I contacted via Angi is 14880 SW 56TH TERRACE, Miam, FL 33193, phone number 305-216-5107. This is a review for that company. This was the absolute WORST PRO VISIT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. April 15, 2022. Bottom line, I was unhappy with the job, and was then harassed for payment at my home in the middle of the night. I am a 71-year-old woman who lives alone and I was scared as hell. Here's the (relatively) short story. Shower fixtures installed were cheap Home Depot brand (I was never asked brand preference, never discussed). When I saw what they had installed (ugly, cheap, mostly plastic with a hand-held shower that kept falling off the shower wall), I informed the plumber I was not going to pay the other 50% of the invoice until I spoke with a supervisor at Peter's Plumbing on Monday. (The job was """"completed"""" Friday evening, at about 8pm.) Darren, the original sales person/manager/job supervisor came to my door shortly after. I repeated to him that I was not happy with the job and would not pay the balance due until I spoke with a supervisor on Monday. Will skip the middle details of phone calls, one of which was witnessed by my next-door neighbor. At 10:47pm on Friday, April 15, Darren came to my door demanding payment. I did not let him in, but through the door I once more reiterated that I would not pay any more money until I spoke with a supervisor on Monday. I asked him to go home. He did not. He continuously knocked on my door and rang my doorbell until 10:56. He then threatened to call the police and I told him to go right ahead. Because I was frightened! I was happy when the police officer came at 11:15pm. After hearing my story, he told Darren to leave. I was still scared and slept on my living room couch, afraid to sleep in my back bedroom. Not enough room for the rest of the story, but I did have a terrible, unproductive call with the owner of the company the following Monday, April 18th. I felt harassed, and sales-talked in circles. I paid the balance via Zelle because I felt bullied. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I left this very poor review on Angi on April 27. On April 28 I received a phone call from someone at Peter's Plumbing. I did not answer. They left the following voice mail (transcribed badly by iPhone) : """"Good afternoon Mr. Kate this is Peter receive plumbing on the operations a manager and I just wanted to follow up with you I know that you have some expressing concerns on a Angie's list and I wanted to do a follow up with you in detail to see how we could be a better sugars for you'd be more understanding and come instead of the issues that you had brought to the solution on fourth and and we want to see how we could make things better for you so if you could give me about a call at 305-219-4378 I would greatly appreciate it thank you so much McKay you have a wonderful evenina.."""" Luckily the number was for a mobile and I sent the following text message: Good morning. I got your voicemail yesterday. Unfortunately, I have had a number of calls with various people from your company saying they want to make things right. But each call has ended up as aggressive and bullying. So l'm sorry, but I am not going to call you back. I'm posting reviews everywhere relevant and will be filing my complaint with the Florida Attorney General this evening or tomorrow.

NaOn 12/27/21, my parents had an emergency with sewage backing into the bathtub. Juan Pablo came to the house, I called to say to only deal with me since my parents are elderly and give me a quote. He took my dads $1500 without calling me from there it became a disaster. When I phoned him to see what was going on, He was on his way to buy material to fix what he believe was causing a leak. That did not work. By then I arrived at their house, Now he decided to do a camera and showed me the whole in the pipe which would cost an additional $6000 to take care of the issue. This was suppose to be a discount because per Juan Pablo ?I understand how hard it is, I have an elderly grandmother. We Should have known better, reminded me of a car salesman pitch. On both occasions despite saying he had wait to catch the check since funds was being transferred. The money was gone by the next day. Luckily, the funds arrived on time. January 1st the leak returned. When he returned January 3, after a 11 am appointment which took place at 5pm, he informed us that the cast iron entire piping in the house had to be changed for another $22,000. My brother had him itemize his work since it was at this point ridiculous. Called Roto rooter for a second opinion. They has no idea why these people charged $7.5K for what was done. Per the guys comment we thought we were the most company out there. That is next level We called Peters back, manager Luis came. He did not understand why the first step was not the camera. That was telling sign of ineptitude. Still, we got no satisfaction from his diagnosis either. A second manager higher up came. He did another camera, now this was the 4th, recommended that part of the system be cut out and fixed at a supposed discount of $12500. But no guarantee that once that part is cut out that it would not break to the point that the entire system would need replacing since it is cast iron. So if you have money to flush, hire this company.

Would not recommend to anyone. Attempted to work with this company based on the better reviews, but unfortunately my experience lines up with the poor reviews. 1.If you are busy and need a company that will return calls as promised or get back to you with info in a timely manner, this isn't the place. You will need to babysit this company if you want things to move along. 2. Either this company is very bad at providing accurate estimates or this company is at a bait-and-switch game. I was given a total price of $550 for my job, but when the same person who quoted it showed up and 'went to Home Depot for parts', suddenly the job was a lot more complicated and would be at least $1,000, if not more. 3. This company hassled me hard about getting my deposit back on the spot when it was decided the work could not be done as agreed. I was nervous about giving a 50% cash deposit, and it turns out I should have been. I ended up getting it back on the day the work was supposed to happen, but not easily. 4. I was very up front with the plumber who came to quote the work and returned to do the work as well as the office staff that I was nervous about a situation where the work would not be quoted accurately, as I read about that experience in the reviews, and I was assured the quote I received was accurate and mine was 'an easy job'. I was even given, in writing, an exact scope of work to assure me. The only thing the plumber did before editing the estimate from the original to the new estimate was removed an outlet cover, so he did not 'discover' anything he should not have seen during his initial estimate. He either did a very poor estimate or was trying to scam me. I'm sure this company is fine sometimes per the positive reviews, but they are either hit or miss in competence and customer service, or they target specific customers to run a bait-and-switch scam. I did attempt to contact 'the owner' regarding the situation, as they were allegedly calling all the shots the day this went down. I provided my name and phone number, carefully verifying both with the office staff person I spoke with, and was told I would received a call the next day. Still no call two days later - not that I'm surprised.

Very professional team and very timely. Schedule a free estimate and they were on time. The updates provided by the dispatch team was great. The team came over and looked at my issue and provided a very decent quote for the work to be performed. I will add more if the quote is accepted for processing. No complaints
