do not trust this company. my parents went to them to get their well to be drilled. they made a deposit for $6,585.00 in august with a remaining of $7,000 balance. for two months they had no running water. they called almost daily and kept getting nothing but excuses. i finally got involved for the mere fact that a permit was not turned in to get the job started after i verified with the city. i called to follow up on why nothing was done. i was told that they were waiting on paperwork. my mom checked her email and never received anything. at this point since nothing was done nor did they have any intentions of doing anything, we decided to move forward with a different company. within one week of being with a different company, my parents finally have water. i have called almost daily for one full week requesting for a refund, got hung up on 3 times by ailen but then tells me her name was maria. they refused to refund us back our money. when i asked to speak with the manager several times, i was told the manager luis doesnt speak with anyone. this company will rob you of your money with no intentions of performing any services that you pay for. this company needs to be shutdown due to their lack of professionalism, lying and stealing money from their customers!!!!!
