From contacting them to completion of service, we have received nothing but above excellent service from Peter's Drilling & Pump service. They've been quick to respond and also repair when we needed our failed well switch replaced several years back, and today they replaced our well pump. The technician (Mike) is very knowledgeable and skilled, and is an overall professional, friendly, and really likable guy. Their work has stood the test of time, and we have confidence they are doing impeccable work. We highly appreciate and recommend Peter's!

This company is amazing! Our well went out in the only big storm of the season. They came right out, replaced the well the next day, and our water was running through the taps later that day! Fantastic service, very professional and courteous, and fair pricing for what should last another 20 years. Thank you Luke H!

We have used Peter's Drilling a couple other times for different issues and have been very happy with their service. On Friday we called them in the morning cause our well would cycle every 30 minutes. They sent out Mike D. After explaining to Mike what was going on he told me I bet you have a leak in your pipe coming out of the tank. He said I feel it's right here and sure enough after digging the pipe up the leak was right where he said it would be. Mike worked his butt off to replumb the piping. He was very professional hard working and very knowledgeable. We will continue to use Peter's Drilling for all of our well issues!

I hired Peters' to do a simple repair on my well. They were extremely negligent and mistakenly removed 200ft of my inner linning. When I brought this to thier attention they told me they would repair the damage they caused, but have since stopped retuning my calls. I highly recommend you do not do business with this company. I am taking them to court and sueing for damages. Do not do business with this company. Read all of the other negative reviews and avoid the same fate.

I have used Peters three times now and they are always there within one day and solve the problem without any delay. All of service staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't think of using anyone else.

One stop drilling and pump, service, dependable, reliable . All around the best company for this service.

Our well started leaking badly over the weekend. I had to turn it off. Left a message on Sunday, Monday morning Peter's was there before 8AM! They had it fixed in an hour. I couldn't be more thankful!

AVOID PETERS' AT ALL COSTS!!! GO ELSEWHERE, EVEN TO AUBURN OR BEYOND FOR ANOTHER WELL PUMP SERVICE COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS SO WORTH IT!
Peters' technician Sean replaced my well pump in August 2022. Since then until last month, we have suffered from water so dirty with soot/silt that it often looked like chocolate milk both inside and outside faucets. This went on for OVER 10 months despite my multiple complaints. I would call to complain and kept getting more and more ""brushed off"" with every call as if Peters' personnel thought, ""If we humor her, she'll eventually go away."" Not a good idea.
I had had enough when, what was ultimately my last call to Peters', Sean (the technician who installed the new pump in 8/2022) became so hostile and belligerent toward me that I had to request I speak with someone else. Apparently, he did not like my contradicting his insisting that a certain outside spigot was going through our water softener system when I told him that spigot water was coming directly from the well itself. I already knew this because another Peters' technician told me so in ~2016 (not to mention this being confirmed by the other company we hired last month to fix Peters'/Sean's work). The bottom line is Peters' kept trying to push cleaning the softener system's beads for close to $1000 (but, if the incoming water is still dirty, clean beads will eventually get dirty again so that's $1000 down the drain essentially) and/or, when that wasn't working, to be patient or test the water or some other line of crap. Finally, after 10 - yes, TEN - months of being lied to, placated, or pacified only to have it all topped off with Sean's obnoxious behavior, I WAS DONE.
I sought out the help of another local water well/pump company immediately. After hearing the details of my Peters' experience, reviewing documentation and looking at the well itself, they determined what we needed to do was lift the pump up a few feet which easily they did. Once we blew out the interior water lines of 10+ months of Peters' handywork and whatnot (which only took hours), we have clean water again - both inside and outside including that certain spigot.
All Peters' had to do was really take my complaint seriously and actually come and inspect the well. Instead, they kept telling me: (1) ""be patient"" (that was their favorite one and the one they eventually fell back on at month 10); (2) ""run the [certain] spigot low for hours, as often as you can;"" (3) ""the [2022-23] heavy winter rains"" were the problem as the excessive water stirred things up and needs time for the ground to absorb; (4) ""test the water"" (their 2nd favorite - they wanted to test it a 3rd time at the end); and, (5) ""you need to have the resin beads cleaned in your water softener system"" which they really pushed for a time trying to get me to pay up ~$1000.00 for nothing).
They have their collective heads up their butts and are untrustworthy. Sometimes people and companies get too big for their bridges and in this case it showed dramatically. Go with a smaller company - one whose technicians are trained and truly know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Forget Peters'. Aside from that technician back in 2016, I have yet to come across one at Peters' who knows anything of value so don't waste your time or money.

We had Caleb from Peters Drilling come out to our house because our well wasn't running as it should be. Caleb recalibrated our pump and it's been running great. Caleb was very informative and professional! He explained what was happening with our well and the adjustments he made to remedy the issue! Will definitely continue using Peters Drilling for all our well issues!

I have worked with the company three times in the past.
The first time when I purchased a property and I had them test the well to check the gallons per minute it was producing. The tech they sent out had no idea what they were doing and could not figure out what the well actually produced.
The second time, they sent the same guy out with his supervisor. They then figured out the pump was a 5 gallon per minute pump and that they could only determine the well was producing what the pump was allowing.
That was 4 years ago.
Now giving them a third try...
Thinking they tried to make things right, I gave them a third chance to come out and try to diagnose another issue.
Was my pump bad, or was it the control unit?
The tech they sent had figured out the control unit was bad (burnt up inside, which we already knew) and that he would test the pump to see if it was still functioning.
After working on it for 10 minutes....just 10 minutes...he determined the pump was bad and that we needed a new one. He seemed to be pulling the power just before the flow would start.
He called the shop and said that he could replace the pump in two days, with one that pumped half the amount and that it would cost around $6000 and that we needed to make a decision quickly while they still had them.
I told him I had to think about it and sent him on his way.
Thinking he was pushing overly hard for a sale , I hooked up my own generator to the pump....and the water started flowing just fine.
I called their shop, explained the issue to numerous people and said I was having an issue paying for a service call where the tech misdiagnosed the issue and was trying to not only sell me a unit that was not needed, but then take the better pump that was still working.
After a a few calls and many minutes on the phone we then came to an agreement...
....Fool me three times, shame on me....
...I would buy a new control unit from them and then they would install it and I would then pay them for the original service call.
Knowing that my property is still under 4' of snow, they kept sending me late bills until I called the office one last time.
They said the guy in charge of my ""file"" was out on leave and that they would talk with him and we would work something out when he returned.
I just got a collections notice not even 20 days after I talked with him.
At this point I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau and having my attorney contact them.
