I live in SW MI. Peterman bought out a local business In Middlebury right after we had a new system installed. I called Petermans several weeks ago for an assessment of this new system and a possible upgrade. They sent a tech, charged me for his time, he said they would call in one day with an estimate for the upgrade. Never called back. I had to reach out to them to complain, alls I got was a generic email. You can't speak to anyone local. I'm now looking for another local contractor who can do the upgrade.

We paid a lot of money for a drain specialist service. It started out fine, however, the aftermath wasn't handle professionally. The crew were not trained in jetting residential drains of homes located by city drains. A mess was left at the end of our driveway. Everytime the issue was trying to be remedied, it kept getting worse instead of better. Communication is horrible. I'm VERY disappointed. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to this business! It's really too bad I had to cancel my subscription. I had a good experience up until this last time.
