Fidelity, our home warranty company, sent these guys out to fix a leaky sink. Peter T., one of the plumbers (not the Peter who is the owner) ended up being the guy to come out.
First off, the response time from Peter Piper's was amazing. Not 24 hours after filing the claim, Peter came out. He came within the window, and fixed not one, but two leaky areas.
The reason I give him a 5, is because not only was he professional and efficient, he was a really a nice guy, and very professional. I enjoyed speaking to him while we waited for the sink to fill a few times while testing the various leaks. We will probably use him for when we re-pipe the kitchen.

Used them twice in the last two months, both on referral from my home warranty. The first was for a gas line leak, and second was for a main pipe clog. Both times they were here in the first 30 minutes of the two hour window. The gas line leak was small and difficult to find under the house, but they did everything they could to find it, replace the pipe that was broken, and I had hot water by the end of the day. The main pipe clog was also taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I've referred Peter a dozen times. He's an easy referral for me as I have an appliance repair business. He's always been great to my customers and even repaired a pipe for my aunt. I called him in the evening and he came to their house the very next morning. My aunt said her drain has never worked so well. Thanks Peter!

Communication skills are almost non-existent, did not call when promised, did not show up when promised three times, did not call to update his timeline when he was late for the install. Was supposed to call on a Friday to start the process in replacement of a leaking water heater....didn't get done until Monday afternoon, after repeated calls to the warranty company (Fidelity National Home Warranty-OMG stay away from them also!) and this plumber.
The water heater they installed was not the water heater we requested, it was a much lower model and not energy efficient as we had asked for. The plumber advised he usually charges $400-500 for the city permit...which we ended up getting ourselves for $107!!!!!! How's that for profit at your expense? I can only hope the water heater was installed correctly, as this guys business skills generate a lot of doubt. Very unhappy with this job. Will not call this company back again for any reason.

The guys were very nice, but their communication was horrible. I had water leaking out of my garbage disposal and laundry drain for an extra two weeks because they would not submit a report to my home warranty company. Attempting to call the office proved fruitless as well. Finally I received a response after a last ditch text to the technician, right before we went with another company. They were supposed to call me when they finished the repair, but I have heard nothing and will likely have to crawl under my house to figure out what was done. A little communication would go a long way, but there was none and I would not recommend the experience to others if you have a choice.

My home warranty company sent them to my home to deal with a slightly leaky water heater. The young man communicated his findings and by day end it was completed (not any easy change as the one they took out was 19 yrs old). They were super careful of my hardwood floors which was much appreciated! I would use them again!

Peter Thorson and Nick were very professional and polite. The clogged drain was part partially clear after the first try but they kept cleaning until the drain was totally clear. They had many other service calls after mine but they kept working until the drain was clear. I had plumbers out before and they didn't get the drain completely and called it good.

Not a good experience. First time didn't show up when scheduled - well, these things happen, but then when plumber came, it required a new part. When he returned, it was the wrong one - well, that happens too. What's unacceptable (and caused me to find a new plumber and write this) is the lack of follow-up or returned calls. There are lots of plumbers - I suggest you find a different one.

1st off these guys are frauds... got a call today from owner apparently Carl charged my husbands grandfather's credit card under his name for 2000 on a job that he didn't even report to his boss, this is fraud! His boss told us to file a dispute with the bank, and get the charge reversed, also they do jobs off the books, their boss wasn't even told about this job they charged us for 2500. He was under the impression they just came over and gave us an estimate, we have the receipt, with his signature on it, but their boss never had any copy on his end of the work order. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS especially Carl Smith, yes i'm calling your name out on here, what you did was BAD business, and sad thing is I was told you guys were pretty good people, I feel bad for the owner of the company, knowing that he's been ripped off by his employees. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS... thanks to this mess we have to deal with the bank now. Thanks CARL you scammer.

We have had Peter Piper's Plumbing several times at our rental property and they have always been quick, careful and have handled all kinds of problems, from plugged-up shower drain to roots in the sewer that needed a new clean-out opening. They are quick, cooperative and have excellent equipment for complicated projects.
