Peter Piper Plumber came to my home to replace my sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher as scheduled.
Unfortunately the plumber was very young and inexperienced he managed to damage my countertop while trying to replace the dishwasher. Well I replaced the countertop
Peter Piper promised to make things good but needless to say he lied and now we are suing him in court.
Needless to say I hired another Plummer and a precessional to repair my counters and now a $1000.00 job turned into a $5200.00 job.
BEWARE BAD COMPANY ALL TOGETHER BUYER BEWARE.

BEWARE - They engage in billing fraud. I used him for an emergency plumbing job so I didn't have time to compare prices. He seriously took advantage of the situation, charging the hourly max of $350 for a 10 minute job to just turn off the water main. Later his guy came back to the house to finish the repair and spent an hour and 10 minutes for which he charged me an additional $50 for those extra 10 minutes. When I went to pay my bill via credit card, they stated there is a 5% fee but when I looked at the receipt, they charged me 10% (which on a $550 bill is not a trivial amount of money). He only admitted the error when I walked him through the math. Shady. If you use him, check your bills twice.

These guys might be just fine if you schedule during normal business hours, but we called them after hours (they're supposed to be a 24 hour service). They said they would ""send someone right out"", then 2 1/2 hours later, they call and say their guy's truck broke down and there's one other person ahead of us and they can't come at all. The next day was a holiday and he ended the call with ""Good luck trying to get someone out today."" - with attitude. Definitely won't call these guys again!

These guys are awesome!!!
From start to finish of my bathroom remodel they were highly professional, conscientious, and totally reliable with promised dates of completion. Not only that, but in the midst of the planned remodel, they responded to a pipe blockage covered by my Home Warranty but for a totally different problem on Labor Day!!! I give them 10 plus on level of satisfaction!!!

I had a broken pipe in my kitchen drain. It began to leak after many years when a clog formed down stream. I called Peter Piper and they came out and found the crack and repaired it. They replaced the broken ABS pipe and came back and repaired the wall. The bill was $1,500. The sink backed up and Peter Piper Plumbing returned nd told me it was egg shells in the trap and charged me $150. The sink still doesn't drain and backs up daily. I now have to keep a plunger handy to keep the drain clear. We never had trouble with the trap until they rebuilt the drain. I will not call them back because I do not want to be charged for and blamed for the slow drain.

Eduardo is very reliable, hard working, professional and friendly. He accurately diagnosed the problem, then followed through with quality work to ensure the problem was remedied. Fidelity, our home warranty company, sent these guys out to fix a leaky sink. Peter T., one of the plumbers (not the Peter who is the owner) ended up being the guy to come out.

First off, the response time from Peter Piper's was amazing. Not 24 hours after filing the claim, Peter came out. He came within the window, and fixed not one, but two leaky areas.

The reason I give him a 5, is because not only was he professional and efficient, he was a really a nice guy, and very professional. I enjoyed speaking to him while we waited for the sink to fill a few times while testing the various leaks. We will probably use him for when we re-pipe the kitchen.

Used them twice in the last two months, both on referral from my home warranty. The first was for a gas line leak, and second was for a main pipe clog. Both times they were here in the first 30 minutes of the two hour window. The gas line leak was small and difficult to find under the house, but they did everything they could to find it, replace the pipe that was broken, and I had hot water by the end of the day. The main pipe clog was also taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I've referred Peter a dozen times. He's an easy referral for me as I have an appliance repair business. He's always been great to my customers and even repaired a pipe for my aunt. I called him in the evening and he came to their house the very next morning. My aunt said her drain has never worked so well. Thanks Peter!
