really nice guy came and took a look at my place and assessed my massively deteriorating plumbing system; was very responsive when I needed to ask questions and was not pushy nor did I eber feel like I was being taken advantage of as I have experienced with other plumbing companies. didn't even charge me for his work, instead said he would be back on Monday with his superior and because technically he didn't FIX the issues at our house, he didn't feel itnwas appropriate to charge us. I really appreciated that and have had very similar interactions each time I've chosen to work with this company. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

John Fluno did a great job for my two showers repair. They are not big jobs but he was able to manage my expectations by giving me different quotations. Didn't over sell.
