Just purchased a new home. Needed a whole lot of plumbing done to the home. A friend referred us to this company and Andy was the plumber that took care of all our plumbing needs. Very knowledgeable, professional, and gave us the feedback we needed on options that were needed due to moving into a new home with a young family. This was actually the 2nd time I used Peter Lai plumbing. The first time, Andy showed up at 930pm and replaced a section of piping that had a pin hole leak.
Yesterday, I called Andy because of a clog that was causing a back up. We were supposed to meet at 5pm, but he got caught up at an emergency call. He called me in advance to let me know so I didn't waste my time meeting at our original time. He gave an accurate estimate on when he would be able to arrive. He even gave me a call as a heads up when he was on the way. Not sure about the rest of you, but time is important to me. Clearly communicating arrival times for appointments allows me to plan my day/night. Problem was fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you, Andy.
