I'm in the process of installing a sprinkler system and needed to have two 3/4"" threaded ball valves installed. I contacted Andy and communication was excellent. He made sure we were on the same page regarding the size, type, and location of the valve installations before doing any work.

Andy arrived as scheduled (actually he arrived earlier!). Quote was fair and all the work was done within one hour. Would definitely go to Andy again if I need more plumbing services in the future.

I had a leaky outdoor faucet that was bothering me for months so I finally decided to call a plumber. I decided to ask Peter Lai Plumbing for a quote and Andy responded. He came really quick and fixed my leaky faucet in about 10 minutes time. He was nice enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. My husband wanted the faucet that screws in so he can fix it himself next time and save money. I showed Andy the picture and he understood what my husband wanted. He was very professional and explained to me what he was doing along the way. Reasonable pricing and very informative. Posting reviews based on pricing only doesn't seem justified, workmanship, quality, knowledge, and customer service are important as well. Easy to talk to via text. Great plumber if you are located in the SGV area.

Andy came out to my house for what I thought was a pipe leak behind one of my walls. He informed me that it was probably rain water coming down from a hole in my roof. He diagnosed my problem and gave me good advice on how to approach the HOA with this issue. Even though I actually needed a roofer instead of a plumber, he didn't charge me for making the trip out. Very honest and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them if I have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

I started my plumber search after accidentally flushed a metal wired sponge down the toilet. I knew instantly it was gonna cost me.

Got on yelp and contacted them via the estimate option. Got a ridiculous high 180-260 quote. I couldn't believe it.

Started looking again and found someone else in the area for a lot cheaper. Half! I said it. Half. They came right away and took care of the problem


Please do more research. Pricing like this is ridiculous.
