I recently had Peter Jr do some much needed on demand water heater maintenance. He arrived on time and did a neat and professional job. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions and gave me some tips on what I could do to maintain my systems' efficiency. He even took the added step of calling the equipment manufacturer to insure that the work was recorded in compliance with the warranty requirements. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Peter Gerardi & Son Plumbing & Heating and plan to call on them for all my future plumbing.

Peter couldn't be nicer. He looked at a leak we had and quickly determined it was a grout issue, and probably nothing worse. We scheduled the work, and because of other things getting in the way, had to move the appointment several times. Peter's organization was more than accommodating.

When the time came to do the work, he was on time and when the work was finished, my wife and I were blown away by how well it looked! Our last plumber did a horrible job! The price was more than fair.

No one is excited when an emergency put you needing a plumber. If you do find yourself in that position, Peter Gerardi & Son would be the best call you could make!

Peter was a thorough gentleman and extremely patient. He was able to fix the problem and was able to get the part needed and come back to the house all within the same day. I called Peter Gerardi & Son Plumbing and Heating (licensed and insured) for a problem with my hot water heater. Peter Jr. came by at the time i was quoted at and was extremely helpful. Not only did he help me out with my water heater, but he also gave me some suggestions about my furnace. Peter was very honest and in no way did he give me the run around on prices or extra work. Peter gave me the feeling that he cared about his customers and that he takes pride in his work. He left by saying ""if you have any questions or concerns in the future, don't hesitate to call"". I have used a few different plumbers since moving into my house in 2010, but i have found Peter Gerardi and Sons to be the most upfront and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

Pete is absolutely fantastic.

He was recommended to us by a friend, and is nothing but professional, courteous, and honest. We had contacted him once for problems with our boiler one winter and he came to take a look at it that very day. He was able to resolve the problem very quickly and even followed up to ensure that everything was in proper working order afterward.

We had called him a second time when our old boiler was giving problems again, and he spent all day trying to figure out the issue - he even asked for assistance from others when he was having difficulty troubleshooting. He was very fair about pricing as well. Very thorough and did a great job.
