Called Pete due to water dripping from our upstairs bathroom. He immediately picked up, walked me through the issue and guided me on how I can simply fix it myself. I loved how honest he was and while he offered to still make the trip, he assured me it probably is just our overflow drain and nothing to be alarmed about. We will certainly be calling him again in the event we have any further issues.

Found Pete highly recommended on Yelp. Contacted him and was at my home in 2 hours. Had a seriously clogged kitchen drain. He was professional, prompt and honest. Cleared the drain perfectly and the prices was very reasonable. Great to have a local resource you can count on, will always recommend him to others and neighbors.

Pete fixed a clogged drain in our bathtub even though the pipes were over 100 years old and we have a drum trap that I thought needed to be replaced before the problem could be resolved. Pete recommended we allow him to try and clear the drain before doing a far larger, more expensive project. He was at the house a few hours after I called him (who is that responsive anymore?) and had the drain cleared in a few hours time.

To my surprise, Pete arrived at our house in response to a voice message and without a confirmed appointment. I answered the door with a mask on and kindly requested that he wear a mask since my husband is immunocompromised and has cancer. I offered him a fresh mask in the case he did not have one. Pete was adamant that he did not wear a mask and he was NOT going to wear one. When I again explained that my husband is immunocompromised and has cancer, he said ""If you feel so strongly about me wearing a mask, I'm NOT the guy for your job"". He turned and left. Needless to say, I am mortified at his response. I typically make the request for any visitor or service provider to wear a mask in our home prior to making arrangements.

Since I did not have the opportunity to use him for my plumbing issue, I cannot comment on his plumbing skills. His ""customer service"" and lack of consideration for his customers, on the other hand are less than acceptable for any business.

When I called I left a message and he responded very quickly. He called me in the morning on the day of our appointment to verify the time and location.

Pete diagnosed my issue but asked lots of questions and was very thorough before making a decision about how to fix the issue.

I saw a review with someone complaining about his prices. Guess what folks? A knowledgeable plumber is worth their weight in gold. They deserve what they are paid as they are experts in a critical field.

Most importantly, Pete is an incredible human being. Talk to him and you will feel the same way I did.

Skip the big business plumbers and go with a local option. Pete gets my recommendation without hesitation.

CHARGES $500 and hour! Called to have our sink snaked. The water wasn't going down very quickly and other remedies didn't seem to work. Called Pete, he was supposed to come between 12 and 1. at 1:15 he called and said he couldn't make it. He came the next day and fixed the issue, he snaked the drain and cleared the clog. $274 he charged!!! for 15 minutes of work he charged $274!!!!
Don't call Pete if you have a real issue, imagine what he would charge for a full hour!!!

Called Pete on a Sunday after trying to find out what was wrong with water that was backing up into my washer. He called me back and we had some back and forth via text to help me understand the problem and the schedules some time. He was able to come the next day. He then contacted me telling me he could come a bit earlier. He fixed the problem!
