First off, the day before they came, another plumber came over and was going to do us a big favor by only charging us $350 for a sink clog. My husband very quickly declined their services. When Pete the Plumber was called, they said that their base price was $99 which was a whole lot more reasonable. They came when they said they would, laid out the various price potentials if the basics wouldn't work and were professional and friendly. The first thing they did worked so our bill was the base price. I was so pleased to say the least! They are good folks, honest and do what they say they're going to do. I highly recommend them.

Big mistake. I paid for a simple job, replace the well pressure tank. He does it in two hours I look later and it is leaking. Small leaks but still leaking. I ask him to come fix it. My son was home and let him in to do the work. I get home and it is leaking worse than it was before! I let him know and now he wants to charge me to fix the job that I already paid him to do. Then he calls and insults me. This guy is a piece of work. If want that Plumber from hell experience then this is your guy. Now I have to go find someone who knows what they are doing to fix his mess.

Waste of time. Contact someone else.

Contacted this company through Home Depot. I sent pictures and gave detail of our issues. Potential leak in wall from shower affecting both my bathroom and my son's closet wall. The guy not only knew this was affecting my child's room but I am pregnant trying to get the issues resolved before having my baby.
First conversation he seemed confident in his ability to resolve the situation then quoted me a price. I provided my availability then he took a day to get back to me saying he had issues with scheduling system. We confirmed for Thursday at 2pm. No confirmation came on Wednesday or Thursday morning. I contacted him 30 minutes before to get an eta. So around 1:10 he told me he had been contacted 20 minutes prior that he had to be at an abandoned house in the city for an inspection. His plan had been to bring his child to my home without asking or informing me to do the job. But now he had to wait for the inspector possibly until 4 pm. He had never contacted me until I texted him. He said all his other guys were exhausted from working late night jobs and wanted to reschedule for next week. This man knew I was worried about mold and my child's room, he knew I was pregnant and still blew me off. I would never recommend this company. Choose someone else unless you want to play will he won't he for an unknown amount of time.
Update. After seeing my reviews and a direct request to stop contact me he then said he should have sent someone with covid to my home... This man is dangerous, facetious. Will be following up with the BBB AND other agencies.

Please do not trust this man or his business. I trusted this man. Paid him. Then he told me he had to charge more due to unforeseen circumstances. Almost double. I paid him. Then he repaired my plumbing in a manner that a different plumber wanted to use. Pete the plumber told me it was against code. Ultimately he died the exact same thing. Then he told me my garbage disposal that I paid $180 for was toast. So I agreed to let him install s new one. It was half the size of the one had previously installed. I told him make sure he left the Moen so I could return it, it was still under warranty. Less than3 months old In the end, he is accusing my significant other of selling this disposal and lying to me. Let me just say my S/O I s to lazy to do all that. just sending you a warning. This man is a scammer. He tried to tell me was licensed Plumber in the state of Michigan. But when confronted with asking for his State of Michigan License number he stopped communicating. beware !!!!! this man is a con man. i called from out of state for this jerk to service my home for a leak. he went by there and claimed my drain was the problem. had me sent $140 and claimed he fixed my drain. 30 mintues after he left the pipe leaked again. i called him back no answer. when he finally answered he said he's not going back and that he did the job already. i told him i was going to write a review to reflect his poor workmanship and that is when he sent me text calling me a slumlord etc ......this person is the worst i've ever seen and should not be allowed to adverstise or any platform.
