there is no rating....maybe minus 0. This experience made me want to cry.
I had very little hot water in my bath. I was sent two young men one of which had no experience and the other kept the bathroom door closed so he could talk with the boss. They were useless...the second set left me with no hot water at all and a constant stream of water running out of the faucet. When I spoke with..who ever ..no one ever introduced themselves and they were extremly cranky... they said they had to open the wall and it was going to be very expensive plus the money I owed the already. My reponse was why do you expect to get paid for work that was not done...HE hung up on me.
don t use these guys they are too old and tired...and they have a group of very young men who they send out who rerally don t know what they are doing

I hired ""Pete"" for a couple of jobs in my condo bathroom - replace a faucet and clear a drain. The technician showed up on time and did the jobs very quickly. It was a little odd because I did not know what the charges would be until the bill arrived in the mail a couple of days later, but it was less than I expected. I would definitely use ""Pete the Plumber"" again.

I've had great results with Pete The Plumber. Chris and Janet schedule the appointments. Robert came out on time and cleared a drain stoppage, installed a new garbage disposal, a new hot water valve, a new p-trap, a new water filter and and fixed some leaky faucets, all for a reasonable price. They'll give you an estimate over the phone and have been around since 1946. Nice, honest people in my experience.
