It is with great pleasure that I write this review of Pete Russo Plumbing Co. I had an opportunity to use their services this past week, and I could not have been more pleased.

My first point of contact with Russo was when I called to schedule service and I spoke with the scheduler, Todd. I was very impressed by his professionalism, his knowledge, and his courtesy during our conversation. Because of the manner in which my call was handled, I had a great impression of Russo Plumbing right from the get-go. As we all know, first impressions are generally lasting ones.

On the day of my appt., Alec, the plumber from Russo who did the job at my home, called me from about 20 minutes out to let me know that he was on his way. He was right on time! Todd did some plumbing work in my kitchen, and then installed a new vanity, mirror, and faucet in my first-floor powder room. The skill, expertise, neatness, and courtesy with which Alec performed the work which I needed was above and beyond that which I was expecting. Needless to say, he will be my go-to plumber from this point on. I cannot praise him highly enough. I truly feel that Russo is very fortunate to have Alec on their team.

For the past ten years or so, I had been using another plumbing company in the area, and had generally been very pleased. However, without any notice, the plumber who would do the work at my home left that company. After that, I was no longer a fan and decided that it was time to make a switch. That's when I called Russo - acting on a recommendation I had first seen on the Nextdoor website! Of course, I was very grateful for that recommendation - and have now added my own to it.

If you are in need of a great plumbing company, call Russo. You will be very glad that you did!

Replaced our water heater, overtightened the connection, and it cracked, leading to a natural gas leak. They did not seem to care when we called about the smell multiple times, did not treat it as an emergency, and we had to pay another company to come out and fix it. 0/5 for almost exploding my family

Russo Plumbing is always quick to respond and schedule work as needed. They are professional and trust worthy. They do not upsell to try and get you to add additional services you do not need. Their prices are also very competitive. I highly recommended them.

Russo plumbing called me back the same day and scheduled a time to come out and look at our repair. The technician determined the problem and fixed it within a hour to complete the whole project. Best service we have ever had with any company! They were knowledgeable friendly courteous and actually called because they were early! Use them for all of your plumbing repairs you won't regret it.

Awesome company! We had a drain pipe break off from the main stack behind the 2nd floor bathroom wall. We just finished gutting the bathroom so it has all new tile and flooring. We were told by 3 different ""professionals"" before Russo that the new tile had to be cut out and part of the floor ripped up! So glad these prior ""professionals"" never got back in touch to schedule the job. Russo came out yesterday and had the job done in 3 hours. They did not disrupt anything. They accessed the main stack from the crawl space in the garage! We, the homeowners, never even knew that was there. In addition to fixing what they came for they also installed our new toilet and put our shower fixtures on and got that working. Can't say enough about this company. We have been without this bathroom for a year now. Stalling due to the morbid and costly fixes of the prior so called professionals.

My only regret is that I was working and my son had the pleasure of dealing with the techs that were there. Would love to have conveyed my thanks and praise to them in person. Obviously, I highly recommend Russo!

I don't often need plumbing services but it usually arises out of my trying to be a DIY hero. Therefore, it's usually something of an emergency. Pete Russo Plumbing always manages to fit me into their schedule and always does a fine job. They're always my first call when I screw something up.
