rude! we are an Asian household which means no shoes allowed inside the house.. and he didn't the booties with him.. if this was during covid it was protocol to have ur foot booties with u.. when I told him to take ooff his shoes , he refused and told me to get another plumber. I gave him plastic bags to wear instead, he flashed a light in the shower and said he couldn't even get parts for those and left.. no explanation whatsoever..

my furnace was making bubbling noises. I called Pete Manley. It took 3 days for him to get back to me. When he finally sent 2 workers to look at my furnace. They would not answer any of my questions. They wanted $600. i kept asking what was wrong and they wouldn't answer me. Then they got very upset with me and left. they never put the pieces that they removed from the furnace back in place. I called Pete to ask what was going on and I left 3 messages and he never bothered to call me back to explain. I was confused. Do not use Pete Manley. He is a ripoff and unprofessional And so are his workers. I would rate Pete Manley a ZERO if I could. I was forced to give him a 1 that he doesn't deserve.

Great service.. called in the morning they were here in the afternoon and they were on time, friendly and courteous. Fixed the issue I problem. Definitely recommend for plumbing needs in the Hudson County area.

Unfortunately these guys don't know anything about customer service called them for a job, two of the guys came to look at it they said they'll contact me with a price how much is gonna cost.. they also made an appointment for the next day to come... no one showed up, no one called me to tell me if they're going to take the job or not... I had to call someone else, these people are the worst in customer service it is what it is I would just stay away from them

I called to get a quote for a quick job: replace two showerheads and a faucet. Quote went great (even though he was a little late) very cordial, and I scheduled for the install two weeks later due to vacation. My appointment was for 2pm so I left work early and when no one had arrived by 215 I called just to make sure he was still coming. He informed me that his workers would be by around 3pm. I informed him that in the future if someone could call when they were running late, that would help because now I would need to find other means to take care of some errands. He told me for the price I was paying, I cant go wrong. I then restated, can someone please let me know in the future if you are going to be a little late. Pete then in a nasty tone told me maybe you should find someone else then and hung up on me. My husband tried calling him back and he would not answer my calls. If you are looking for professionalism, this is NOT the person you should hire. Very dissapointed in the wasting of my time and having to take off work.
