My husband called them
After 5pm tonight because we have a pretty bad leak under our house in several places and they supposedly offer 24 hour service. He went through the automated system, left his name and number, we never heard a thing after that. Why call yourselves a 24 hour company if no one returns after hours emergency calls? Ridiculous.

Had a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced along with a facet and garbage disposal, the plumber came in took a look under the sink and said it couldn't be done, I'd have to hire a contractor to build a support for the drop in sink I had already purchased. He made it seem like it would be a complicated job that he wasn't able to do and then he left. I found another plumber the next day who did the whole job extremely easily, quickly and professionally. If you want a job done I'd suggest going to a different company because this one makes simple tasks out to be impossible ones.

Pete Fer Plumbing has been taking care of any and all plumbing needs my elderly Mother can ask them for. Pete is always very timely getting back to her & scheduling the request. Anthony has been very kind snaking drains more than I'm sure he'd like!
Most recently, Leo did a stellar job of replacing a leaking hot water pipe in her kitchen floor, encased in the cement foundation. Much coordination went into this repair, including a new water heater, that all resulted in a job very well done. Thank you Pete, Leo, Anthony and everyone at Pete Fer & Son!

My husband and I live in his grandparents old house, and his family has been using Pete Fer for years! In our first year of living here, we had two plumbing issues and my mother in law suggested Pete Fer and we had them come out twice and we were very happy with our service.

I had an emergency major leak from broken pipe relative to kitchen sink plumbing. The repair was made successfully the same day.
The plumber, Anthony, was diligent and professional. He did not have all parts on the truck but I had a unique pipe need for conection to dishwasher so that is totally understandable. Had to leave to get part but the job was completed with shiny new black pipes and very secure looking silver things to reinforce adhesive connectors. Way to go, Anthony, thank you.

My air conditioner needed refrigerant added. I had this done previously in the past, once per summer (2x last couple years).

I hired a new company because I saw that they were local.

The technician that came to work on it and I discussed this when he got on site. He checked the system and confirmed that it was low. He told me he didn't have enough on him so he would need to return to the office to get more. He arrived at 9:15, brought me the receipt at 12:15. He attempted to charge me for the full 3 hours even though he was gone for over an hour. He removed one hour after sharing that I thought he should have come prepared.

I called the office and explained to them that I still felt like I had been overcharged as it doesn't take more than 30-45 mins to top off the refrigerant (based on the last two tech visits from other companies, they only charged an hour). I requested to speak with the owner (not available) and then requested they review the invoice and confirm it was appropriate. No response.

To be fair, they were responsive, sent out a tech the day after I called and left a message. The tech fixed the immediate issue (adding refrigerant) and the system is cooling the house as expected.
