I received a quote from another plumber for a cracked pipe in the basement and Mike was prompt and gave me a nonsense price. He explained exactly what he was going to do and helped me understand why the first estimate was so unreasonable. He is my go to plumber for any future issues. If you need any plumbing, definitely call Mike for a second estimate and see how other franchises may be up selling in order to make a larger profit.

he was awful. took a week to get a response to our calls. once he came to check faucet out he tried to upsell us several other plumbing ""fixes"" for water pipe and hot water heater. left saying that he'd write up a plan and send it to us the following week and NEVER got back to us. we called several times and left messages. the worst customer service I've seen in ages. I don't believe he ever intended on fixing or installing a new faucet. A disgrace!

Get ready for every ""excuse"" in the book. Peszek strung me along for 19 calendar days--which amounted to three no-show appointments and erratic communication.  When I finally drew the line, he flew into a (voicemail) rage....ranting righteous indignation that I wasn't showing him more understanding.

Ironically, it wasn't his blatant disregard for a customer's time or the inconvenience he unnecessarily created, or his entitled expectation of unquestioning and unlimited customer patience (all substantiated via saved text messaging) that prompted this post--although, that in and of itself would have warranted one; rather it was his unhinged, raving voicemail that precipitated this review.  His overreaction to a customer expressing confusion and disappointment was truly concerning, even somewhat alarming--so much so that I felt an obligation to share this experience, lest others be subjected to the same disturbing behavior.
