We have used Pespisia for all of our plumbing needs. They fixed our hot water in our shower. We had only warm water and it trickled out. Now we have awesome hot powerful water in the whole house. They installed a tankless water heater and it's great. The installed a split AC/ heater in our house, now we have perfect warm and cool winter's and summer's. finally we had them Put in a laundry room upstairs and they did a wonderful job. Anthony was the one who was incharge of the jobs and he is kind, respectful and does not leave a job unfinished. They are very reasonably priced and we will have them back when we need them. They are outstanding in their field and have lots of knowledge. The best was they were very responsible about keeping our cat and two dogs safe by closing all the doors behind them.

I have used Pespisa's service over 6 years. From regular boiler maintenance, boiler fixing to expansion tank replacement, I am very impressed by their quality of work, knowledge, professional spirit. Dominic, Colin, and Anthony are all very good. And they are very organized, response timely to my email. I just feel comfortable using their service. People usually are defensive when dealing with contractors, and are afraid of traps waiting for them. But working with Pespisa is completely different. It is like buying things from Costco

Colin and his team installed our 5-zone Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and air handlers this past Spring. They were priced most competitively of 6 quotes and offered to help with some other small jobs to sweeten the deal. They are well-versed with the latest products and technology and we found that they are unbiased in their quoting so you have a choice between numerous products (and not locked in to one vendor like many plumbers are).

The team that installed was very personable, friendly, and respectful of the house. Each day they were prompt in showing up on time and cleaned up. The product they installed was sized correctly and performs very quietly.

We have been thrilled with the performance and we would highly recommend Pespisa to do your installation or service.

We set up an appt. several days ago and after Im waiting at home for almost 2 hours they not only did not call me (""we tried you but we must have wrote the number down wrong""), but when I called to see what was up, they said they were too busy to come to our appointment (arranged a few days ago).

The kicker is they didnt try to make up the appointment or attempt squeeze me in anytime.. No attempt. It was like sorry we wasted your time, cant help you. I got the ""well get back to you."" Right, glad my time was important to them. I was then told ""there's a lot of other outfits out there, we understand if you want to go elsewhere."" None too impressed by this outfit's lack of reliability and shabby customer service.
