Great service. Easy to schedule, great confirmation and communication. Sensitive to C-19 and wore masks throughout the service and communicated throughout. We had a new faucet installed, fixed a leaky pipe and low water pressure in another faucet. Paige and Marty were great. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend especially having horrendous experiences with others sent out by our home warranty insurance company.

Perti Plumbing just finished up a job at my mother's house and she couldn't be happier. The work was of the highest quality and the guys were very friendly, explaining everything to her along the way. They took time to put down drop cloths in the house, removed any signs of their work and gave her a great deal on the install. I always recommend Perti Plumbing whenever someone asks for a plumber. Lou treats his employees and his customers like family. No question, if anyone needs a plumber in the area, ""Don't get dirty. Call Perti!"" They're the best around.

Lou and his employees have ALWAYS done a great job for me and my family. When my A/C went the first time around, I thought I'd be spending hundreds or thousands of dollars to replace it. After about 15 minutes checking everything, they found it was just a blown solenoid in the condenser outside. They had the part the next day and it was fixed for less than $150. Same type of thing happened to my heater. Replaced the igniter and saved me a ton. I've recommended Lou many times, and everyone who meets him is grateful for the introduction. . . Not only because of the quality of work they do, but also because Lou is such a likable guy. My mother had a problem with a repair done by someone else and it failed. Lou diagnosed the problem caused by the other guy, told us the part should be covered under warranty and recommended we contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer confirmed it was covered and, thanks to Lou, she didn't get raked over the coals by someone else. Perti Plumbing is professional, courteous, responsive, and they know their stuff. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have used Perti Plumbing for over decade now for multiple reasons. Initially, back in 2006(ish) for a furnace problem at my original residence. Mr. Perti was extremely professional and courteous during our initial greet and explained everything going on with my furnace and even gave me the pros and cons for fixing it or replacing it. I was happy that I was given the opportunity to make an informed decision and wasn't pressured into just dropping thousands of dollars on a new unit. I decided to go with a new furnace anyway and was extremely happy with that decision. Mr. Perti has also serviced my house (since have moved) almost on a yearly basis between heaters, air conditioners and various other needs. He is prompt and has a great crew who are just as kind as he is. I have had no need to contact anyone else as I feel like we have built a great relationship over the years and I feel that he provides the best possible service around at a fair price. One of the biggest appreciations I have gained is that he knows I have young children and when we did loose heat one winter in our new home, he made it a priority to get to our house and get the heater back up and running again in very little time. That kind of generosity goes a long way with me. Within the past year, I also had a new hot water heater installed by Perti Plumbing along with a new line and frost free spigot installed. Both were done on time, at a good price, and the crew was very respectful to my family and cleaned up after themselves. I am currently in the process of discussing installing a dual zone system in my home as each floor has temperature flux. Again, this work will only be given to Perti Plumbing. Perti installed a bathroom vanity for me. He did not leave enough room to open the vanity drawers. His fix was to saw the bathroom door woodwork frame off. I would never recommend him for installation.
