Chris Chrim of Personal Plumbing did a SUPERB Job. He was on time and did EXCELLENT work. He is a true craftsman. The owner Bob was such a pleasure to work with. Everything he said was to be done was done! They tore out the old fiberglass tub and replaced it with a porcelain steel tub. Then he installed tile around the bath. Couldn't be happier. Just wish I could give them 6 STARS!

Awesome service. Every star is well deserved from the answering of calls (thank you JJ), plumbing tech (Cody worked and communicated every step of the way) to accounting (thanks Cathy).

A different plumbing company charged us $350 and didn't fix the problem. They said they ""might"" know what to do but if they did the work and it didn't work then it wouldn't be warrantied (and of course we would be charged even more). Personal Plumbing got us in quickly, texted and showed up on time, and worked hard to fix the problem.

Can't say enough about this company and their service.

Jason was so great! Friendly! Professional!

He fixed our house's problems in two days.
First day he fixed leaking at bathroom and while fixing we talked about water heater had to change to new one.
He arranged everything and next day he installed tankless water heater.

These guys are great! After our garbage disposal was leaking, I contacted Personal Plumbing on yelp and got a response right away. They were able to bring and install a new garbage disposal the next day! Oscar performed our service and he was professional, on-time and knowledgeable. We will be using them in the very near future for a few other items. So happy to have found a good, trustworthy plumbing company.

Personal Plumbing Inc IS THE BEST! At first I was a bit weary because they had only 15 reviews on YELP but all the ratings were 5 star. I'm so pleased to have contacted them! I will never look for another plumber because Oscar and Tyler were BEYOND awesome! Tyler was very personable and prompt with his reply from my message on YELP. He was willing to come the next day, but I was waiting for a replacement cartridge for my shower. We scheduled the appointment over the phone for the following day and one of the many reasons I like this company is because they give you a flat rate for what you want to do. Not only did the highly skilled and friendly Oscar fix my shower (low pressure when hot water was on), but he was also able to fix our kitchen sink (low pressure) and unclog a bathtub that we kept putting off. We even had Rooter Rooter come out to check the tub and they told us that they would have to breakthrough the ceiling in order to see what was wrong with the tub. They wanted to charge me $7000! Oscar fixed our tub (that many could not and tried) for $60 and it took 20 minutes! The total cost of the job for EVERYTHING was under $300! And Oscar finished everything within an hour! With the world being what it is at this time, we were really afraid to have someone come into our house because we are POC. But the plumbers at Personal Plumbing Inc see no color. I am just so happy and thankful to have found a honest, caring, trustful, and hardworking team. Only go to them for your plumbing needs,. You will not be sorry! We love Oscar!!!
