Personal Plumbing Inc IS THE BEST! At first I was a bit weary because they had only 15 reviews on YELP but all the ratings were 5 star. I'm so pleased to have contacted them! I will never look for another plumber because Oscar and Tyler were BEYOND awesome! Tyler was very personable and prompt with his reply from my message on YELP. He was willing to come the next day, but I was waiting for a replacement cartridge for my shower. We scheduled the appointment over the phone for the following day and one of the many reasons I like this company is because they give you a flat rate for what you want to do. Not only did the highly skilled and friendly Oscar fix my shower (low pressure when hot water was on), but he was also able to fix our kitchen sink (low pressure) and unclog a bathtub that we kept putting off. We even had Rooter Rooter come out to check the tub and they told us that they would have to breakthrough the ceiling in order to see what was wrong with the tub. They wanted to charge me $7000! Oscar fixed our tub (that many could not and tried) for $60 and it took 20 minutes! The total cost of the job for EVERYTHING was under $300! And Oscar finished everything within an hour! With the world being what it is at this time, we were really afraid to have someone come into our house because we are POC. But the plumbers at Personal Plumbing Inc see no color. I am just so happy and thankful to have found a honest, caring, trustful, and hardworking team. Only go to them for your plumbing needs,. You will not be sorry! We love Oscar!!!

Oscar did a great job running a gas line under the kitchen cabinets through the outside wall for a gas grill. He also took the time to check all of our other gas connections and explain where everything was and how it works. Since we had just purchased our house, it was very important to learn all of this. I only gave this business 5 stars because 10 weren't available! From the initial point of contact to the completed job I cannot say enough good about Personal Plumbing. Our technician, Oscar, was respectful of our home, professional and most importantly did a phenomenal job completing the work in our bathroom. Although I hope to never need plumbing services in the future, I would call Personal Plumbing again 10 out of 10 times!!

Ryan Kling arrived on time and maybe a few minutes early. He worked quickly and made sure he had thoroughly cleaned up the area worked on . Also, checked a few other things that might have been an issue while he was here and informed us about alternative plumbing items we might want to consider in the future. We had a single stem replacement job that ended up being replacing the bathroom faucet system. The stem replacement was recommended for removal instead of replacement due to the condition and age. The job was done very professionally and the tech that was sent out, Ryan, did an awesome job with explaining things and completing his work done in a professional and timely matter. If you have any plumbing needs, you found the right company to call! Will repeat!
