I highly recommend Personal plumbing. I have used them the last two days twice. They have a wonderful office staff who communicate beautifully with you. Their plumbers are great. Elias came today to help me reinstall one of my toilets. He was very efficient and nice. As well as knowledgeable. Kathy in the office who answers the phones is very personable and keeps in touch with you throughout the process. Great service.

AMAZING SERVICE! They were highly recommended by my own plumbing company that has been booked out on larger A/C / furnace jobs. So to have a plumbing company recommend them was amazing. They were responsive and listened to my needs. Plumber was neat, used drop cloths, explained everything he was doing, wore shoe booties, parked neatly in street, didn't ask to borrow anything or use any of our stuff, cleaned up after himself, and taught me how best to use the new faucets and filters. There is not one thing he could have done better!
I am a happy customer! Very happy.

Had a pipe burst in the attic from poor quality plastic pipes. The kind the builder had to file bankruptcy due to all the law suits.
Called Personal Plumbing. They were here within the hour. Ron showed up took a look, found the leak and explained what he was doing and fixed it in an hour. Wendy handling the calls was sympathetic and helped walk through the process. Bob has a very professional staff working for him. Glad we found Personal Plumbing. Thank You Bob.

Ed, our service tech, was friendly, easy to talk to, efficient, professional, and knows his way around plumbing. He looked at all of our projects, told me what needed to be done and got to it. It's a pleasure to have a service tech take his time on a job and not race through to get to the next one. Ed allotted enough time to accomplish everything. He worked carefully to auger one of our toilets due to a drain clog without damaging the unit. However, the toilet will have to be removed on a second visit once we purchase a new one because, unfortunately, the clog (whatever it is) won this battle, despite Ed's tenacity. I highly recommend Personal Plumbing, Inc. and Ed in particular. I'd like to say his work is ""plumb dandy!""

Big on up sell. This is a racket. They were 3rd plumbing outfit I called. First two recommended countertop installers to reconnect sink to counter from below. I could not get a counter guy within a week so i checked with these guys and told them what we needed was the sink reattached, quartz tops are challenging. They were clearly aware of the intent, but the plumber determined that ripping it out was the only fix (likely to only one he could do- when a hammer is your only tool-all problems look like nails). This was simply not true, but my tenant needed it fixed. Then the four-year-old Kohler faucet was called ancient and could not be reinstalled... (so much for that warranty), then the 1/4 turn updated angle stops needed replacement... My desperate tenant needed the work done but now has a crappy cheap looking installation. And before they left, they went looking for problems to further up the price and upset tenant, so they go to pressure regulator and say it failed and is dangerous. Of course, voids their warranty of work. Finally, i asked plumber to leave and then the manager calls to nip at me, i get told i have an attitude and should be appreciative that they decided to work... Two other plumbers found no problem with the faucet or installation, just not really the work they did. Now we have an altered kitchen that is not with the custom work done. Moreover, Bob never provided the before and after photos. It will all have to get redone by a qualified outfit after the holidays. Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching.

Everyone that we've worked with at Personal Plumbing has been prompt, professional, thoughtful, and great at their jobs. The schedulers were very helpful on the phone. When there was a staffing shortage on the day of our appointment, we received a text message at the start of the business day letting us know of the slight delay for our appointment. We really appreciated this level of courtesy and professionalism.

The plumber arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job installing our new bathroom sink and angle stops. He was outstanding at communicating with us and problem solving the difficult plumbing structure at our condo complex.

We called Personal Plumbing because our downstairs neighbor has used them twice, and each time they turned off our building's water exactly at the times written on the posted notice. This company is reliable! We will definitely be calling them for our future plumbing needs as well.
