I had a kitchen drain issue. I called Personal Plumbing right away. They sent their plumber, Chris, who did the necessary repairs. My drain issue was resolved and the charges were so reasonable.

They try to dazzle you how professional they are, how on your side they are. Ex military owner. If you fall for it and go with them you soon realize that they are not taking responsibility for their own screw ups. Contrary they try to shift the blame onto the customer. They are also ridiculously overpriced and you are not getting services better than their cheaper peers.

Shout out to Personal plumbing Inc. specifically to Oscar Frigo and Wendy.
So last night my tenant called regarding the toilet in my rental property. It apparently overflowed and was just running aka ""plumbing issue"". So I started looking around for a plumbing company
first thing this morning. Mind you, I'm out of state and no where near my property. Long story short, after reading reviews on different companies on Yelp and google and calling to get someone today I came across Personal plumbing Inc. Wendy is very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. She got me someone right away and explained to me the fees and how the service work. An hr later Oscar Frigo showed up at my property. He fixed what was wrong with the toilet and explained everything to me. So here's where I'm very impressed and happy with the overall outcome. Not only he was prompt showing up but he is a very good communicator and honest. Not once did he made me feel that he was taking advantage of me on the price and work that needs to be done. He explained everything in black and white and sent me pics of the before and after which I've never experienced before with other companies for whatever job that was done. Oscar definitely went above and beyond what I expected and I'm very thankful and appreciative to him and the company. It is so hard to find people like him now a days and a good company that is not just after the SALES but actually value customers. Needless to say, I'll be doing business with personal plumbing inc from here on and will be referring them to people I know. They are very reliable and have good people working for them. THANK YOU very much and keep up the good work you guys. The world needs more company like this and people like Oscar and Wendy

Absolutely the best plumbing company in north county and cannot recommend them enough. Amazing work, and clean up so good, you wouldn't even know they had been there. Bob runs an amazing company and you couldn't find a nicer guy. Service, price, and reliability is excellent so don't look anywhere else, you can't go wrong

As in the past, Personal Plumbing has exceeded our expectations. When I called the office to inquire about some additional work besides some major plumbing performed last summer, I was greeted like a repeat customer, and the technicians showed up within a couple of hours. As well as the clear, concise estimates of the repair, the plumber Rich came in the following day right on time, and I know the removal and replacement of the fixtures, after damage from hard water, was a hard job. Courteous, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate the text messages confirming technician is on his way. A job well done, excellent customer service and professionalism , which reflects a great management.

I was feeling a little desperate after noticing my water heater leaking in the garage, because my husband was out of town! Personal Plumbing took care of checking on the warranty, removing the old one and picking up the replacement at Home Depot. The work was completed within 2 1/2 hours by an exceptional young plumber. I would definitely use Personal Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I have used Personal Plumbing twice to date. Both times I received the same quality attention and service. They were responsive and when compared to other plumbing companies on bids, were less expensive while providing the same quality products. Recently had two toilets replaced with water saving toilets. They scheduled an installation the next day, but when an opportunity became available, they called and said they could install the same day. They sent two technicians. They were prepared, quick, and the work, as the time before, was exceptional, from installation to caulking, removal of old toilets, and sensitive to pandemic needs for protecting clients (although they had been vaccinated). In addition, the two technicians were just very fine and pleasant people to work with. Will I call Personal Plumbing in the future, of course I will! Although there are many fine plumbers available, Personal Plumbing as proven to rank at the top both in quality and timeliness of service and concern for their clients' needs.
