Avoid. Received a quote to install a backflow preventer to Naples city code. Paid in full immediately upon install and asked if they'd cover any problems if it didn't pass the inspection. They said """"you're family now!"""" And that it would all be covered. Failed inspection. Suddenly they wanted more money to fix it. They fixed the first error after more than a week delay, but failed a 2nd inspection!! ... because ... wait for it ... they reinstalled the backflow backwards!!! Had to come out to fix their 2nd totally incompetent mistake. I had been willing to accept that mistakes happen and not leave a review along with giving them the extra money for their time, but they went too far when they immediately sent the bill (for what they had promised to cover) that was marked Past Due the day they issued it. I was traveling and texted to let them know I'd pay once it was confirmed to pass inspection and I had a chance to make sure it was functioning (about a week). Nope, they demanded payment immediately. What kind of family is this? Consider this a notice of divorce, Personal Plumbers. Lady on the phone seems nice, though.

HIGHLY recommend Personal Plumbers! I got a recommendation for them from a fiend of a friend so I gave them a shot. So glad I did! Hadn't had my hot water heater serviced since buying a new place so it was time. In addition I had a small list of things I wanted them to look at. When they told me there would be an $18 service call fee I had to clarify that it was 1-8; not 8-0. Yep, $18. No problem. Chris and Josh were friendly and knowledgeable, inspecting my water lines as well. They were patient with me and went over all my options. I signed up for a two year maintenance package. We scheduled a time for them to come back and do the work (flush hot water heater and replace water filter) the following week. There was a glitch the day of the service because the water filter had to be special ordered and it didn't come in on time. They were so apologetic but we just moved the service out a couple days. They worked to accommodate my work schedule. Chris and Josh were on time and got right to work. They were in and out in no time. Since I bought the maintenance package, there was no charge for flushing the hw heater but I expected to be charged for the water filter. Nope...one free service when you sign up for the maintenance plan. Sweet! To top it all off, as they were leaving I asked them for a favor...could they help me with a new hose head that I purchased? (I couldn't get the old one off). No problem...done in seconds. They also do bathroom remodels, which I hope to hire them for when I'm ready. I love it when I can support a small business (veteran owned). These are good people who are great at their jobs. I now feel like I have my own personal plumber, which I suppose is their goal. Thanks again Josh, Chris, Kim & Keisha...it was a pleasure!

My husband called the number and no one answered, but a few minutes later the boss called saying he missed the call, my husband explained we were moving the next day and the water lines going into washing machine would not shut off to unhook, he said his guy Chris would be there in 30 minutes and he was. We told him we would be moving the next day and he said he would be there at 8 am. Chris and another guy came at 802, they were so knowledgeable and changed the drain lines and even did an access panel-this is the best plumbers, I can't recommend them enough!!

Kayton, is the best. They come on time, and they will not leave until it is prefect. Their rates are more than fair. I will never use any one else for all my plumbing needs. He has done two projects for us and we are extremely happy. Kim Naples Florida

Overcharged by over 20% with excuses and more escuses. We told the office where the water heater was and also that the house was being sold within the month, so was looking for the cheapest way out. Instead they put in top of the line parts without consulting us. Will not recommend them at all.

These guys are animals!!! One of the best Plumbers I have worked with in 40+ years of Building. Professional, hard-working, respectful & knowledgeable. They give you a price and they stick to it until the job is done. Will use them anytime I have a plumbing issue or job!!!
