Was expecting a free estimate to find cause behind running toilet & cost to repair. Polite young gentleman spent approximately 2 minutes to make a couple adjustments in tank & charged me $140 (after $20 senior discount). Most places advertise free estimates & I was expecting that in this case. VERY disappointed in the way this was handled. Will never use this company again & expressed as much to the young man (who was polite but didn't seem to care). I work with public & will continue to tell my EXPENSIVE & disappointing experience with this company.
